The customer service agents were very responsive, helpful and the survey was seamless. It was a competitive price and I found the survey to be thorough.

Great service and communication from the start! Michelle was our initial point of contact who provided us with initial information and got our surveyor booked in. She was helpful and lovely. Gareth completed our level 2 home buyer survey. He updated me once he completed the searches and informed me a timescale of when the report would be completed. Report was complete in less than two days. Extremely detailed report and he was available for us to discuss findings over the phone and via email. Good value you for money, couldn’t have asked for more! 5 stars would highly recommend.

I’m writing this review before my survey has actually even taken place just because of how incredible this team have been so far. Olivia has been so kind and helpful right from the very beginning of the process, she has kept me up to date constantly, reassured me if I’ve had any worries and has gone above and beyond what I expected when I booked my survey in. They are priced so fairly considering how quick and efficient they are and despite the survey not going ahead when originally planned (not through any fault of the surveyors), I have had absolutely no stress or worries purely because of how well Olivia has communicated with me throughout. I will update once the survey has been completed but so far, I couldn’t be happier that I chose this team for my survey.

Excellent service. The survey was very thorough and highlighted quite a few issues I wasn’t aware of. The went through the results with me which really helped me understand results of the survey. I would highly recommend Landview.

Excellent service from Landview Surveyors. Ashok, our surveyor, carried out a comprehensive Level 2 Home Survey that clearly highlighted the key issues with the property we are in the process of purchasing. We received the detailed report within a few working days, followed by a 30-minute call with Ashok, who walked my wife and me through the findings in depth. He addressed technical questions we were unfamiliar with and offered helpful guidance on the next steps.

Ashok was outstanding throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend undertaking a Level 2 Home Survey and would strongly recommend Landview Surveyors for their professionalism and expertise.

David from Landview surveyors was absolutely amazing — we couldn’t be happier with him. From the very beginning, he took the time to understand exactly what we were looking out for before the survey even began, which gave us so much confidence.

His inspection was incredibly thorough — exactly what you need when making such a big commitment like buying a home. David managed to strike the perfect balance between putting on his “surveyor hat” and using good old-fashioned common sense, which really helped put everything into perspective.

He was more than happy to take calls and answer emails to go over anything we didn’t fully understand, patiently walking us through each point until we were confident about the fundamental issues. He even used visuals and diagrams to make complex things easy to grasp.

Very thorough level 2 survey of the property with a very competitive price (I was really impressed by the level of detail in the report and the extent of the survey). The report was clear and very helpful.

They were able to book the survey in within a week and the report came through about another week after that. Excellent attention to detail in the L2 Homebuyers survey and well presented. Also very helpful in providing clarification and advice on a short call after the survey. Would highly recommend.

We asked at very short notice for a survey of a property we are buying.

They managed to do the survey a couple of days later and then were able to present the survey to us just a couple of days after that. Well within the timescale we had agreed to.

Excellent service from Landview Surveyors. Easy to book with competitive fees. The office staff were very helpful. Tom undertook the Hombuyers survey and produced a comprehensive inspection report which was emailed to me the day after. The report highlighted potential issues and suggested further actions. I had some subsequent queries and spoke to Tom on the phone where he was able to provide helpful, informed answers. I cannot fault the service I had and would recommend this company.
