Landview Surveyors レビュー

Very straightforward process and helpful and thorough level 3 report.
Ashok was particularly helpful with some queries following the report - in addition to the follow-up telephone call - which we really appreciated

The Level 3 survey was clear and detailed.

Quick and easy process to request a Surveyor online. The Surveyor Report was in depth and easy to understand.
I would definitely recommend Landview Surveyors

Fantastic services, level 2 survey done! Great communication from the company would recommend to family and friends going forward

We had a very positive experience with Landview Surveyors. They were prompt in their responses to email and telephone queries, and the surveyor arrived on time (even offering to don overshoes to avoid marks on the carpet), did a thorough assessment, and we received the report within the timeframe given. Would not hesitate to recommend!

I recently (June and July 2025)gave Landview Surveyors 2 jobs to do which I would say was perfectly delivered and on time. From the customer service "Karla" to the surveyor "Tom" I would only say a big thank you for the jobs well done. It was really a thorough and professional service delivered and I recommend Landview anytime, anyday. Keep the standard high.

I was very pleased with the service I received. I found them professional, supportive and friendly.

Fantastic service, always willing to help with any queries we had. The report was detailed and well presented. They were also willing to help answer any additional questions we had after the report was received.

The experience with Landview Surveyors exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, the process was incredibly efficient with easy booking and a handy online portal to track progress.

We had a Level 3 survey, and the level of detail in the report was outstanding: every aspect of the property was thoroughly examined, with clear explanations and helpful insights that made even the technical bits easy to understand.

The report gave me complete confidence in my next steps and highlighted a few issues I wouldn’t have spotted on my own.

Professional, precise, and prompt - highly recommended to anyone needing a reliable building survey.

Quick and efficient! As first time buyers we spent a while researching the best price and service, and Landview Surveyors were great on both fronts. We will recommend them to any of our friends who are looking for surveyors in the future.

I researched a few companies and Landview Surveyors had the best price, friendly and help call handler, earliest appointment and everything was straight forward and completed with no issues. The report was extremely thorough and very helpful to my house purchase. Thank you so much.

I’m extremely satisfied with the service provided by Landview. The whole process was smooth, and I was kept updated at every stage. Alex surveyed the property and delivered a detailed, thorough report within 24 hours of viewing. A follow-up call was arranged, during which Alex answered all my questions, discussed the report in detail, and offered valuable advice. He even kept the line open for any future queries. I would certainly use Landview again and highly recommend their services!

Fantastic and fast service, with the survey returned to us within 2 days. Thank you again!

Very thorough and professional. Everything on the survey was explained clearly with pictures and it couldn't have been easier. Would highly recommend.

This company varried out a homebuyer survey for me and saved me a lifetime of headache

I can only say that they were perfect in every way

The survey was asked for wednesday and the next monday they completed it

The surveyor was so thorough and even spent time to talk me through the survey

Really well priced, really nice and very professional

I can only thank you all!

Good experience in general, quick quote response, quick booking with the agent, report turnaround was 1 day, and the report provides good information regarding the property. For the competitive price, it's a fantastic service.

We are first time buyers and had a RICS Level 2 Homebuyer Survey performed by Landview Surveyors in July 2025. The whole process, from contacting them for a quote (that was reasonable), to the ease of payment, the service of the staff in the office, to booking the survey (there was a wait of about two weeks, which is to be expected as we are in London). The survey went ahead as planned with us being kept up-to-date at each stage of the process, and the comprehensive report was provided to us within the agreed timescale. We had no complaints and would definitely use this company again.

I am a returning Landview customer.

They recently conducted a Level 3 survey on a property we are about to purchase.

The customer service, knowledge, and quality of the report were great.

The response time for scheduling etc was very fast, the report was very thorough and delivery of the report was quick as well (within 5 days of conducting the survey). The surveyor was also very knowleagble and answered all the questions we had post-survey.

I would recommend this agency.

Rachel was very polite and got back to us quickly. She managed to fit us into a cancellation which was even better and the very affordable prices! The survey was very detailed and was returned very quickly! Don’t have a negative to say about this company! Would highly recommend!

Really impressed with Landview. They delivered a fantastic service securing a date for the level 3 survey quickly and the report followed sooner than originally suggested. They make the content very easy to understand with lots of practical and useful recommendations on what to do next. Look no further….this is the team you need.
