poor CUSTOMER SERVICE

first of all lying about timeframes for delivery just to get the sale and when sale goes through doesn't follow up with delivery poor communication.
iTEM STILL HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED NO FOLLOW UP OR ASSISTING WITH FINDING THE ITEM.
