Larrington & Co Ltd レビュー

We had a very smooth experience with both our sale and purchase. The online portal and accompanying phone app ensured clear two‑way communication, and the exchange of documents was quick and easy. We never needed to chase for updates, as the flow of information meant we always felt well informed. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the service we received and would definitely recommend Larrington & Co.

I would highly recommend Larrington and Co Ltd. Mark provided an excellent service throughout the full purchase. The process was smooth and he kept things very stress free. We would definitely use them again!

Alex and his team made sure our first time purchase on a house was as smooth as possible. Clear and quick communication throughout, couldn’t recommend them enough!

Alicia and the team at Larrington & Co were absolutely fantastic. I came to Larrington based on recommendation and I wasn’t disappointed at any stage.

Alicia was super transparent, honest and helped me with every step of the process in understanding everything.

Thank you so so much.

Larrington & Co have been brilliant throughout the whole process. From keeping me informed about every single step, to answering all of my queries promptly and efficiently. Junaid, was exceptional and patient throughout the process, always finding the time for me to explain any details I may have had further questions about. I couldn't recommend Larrington & Co enough!

We couldn't have asked for a better first time buyer experience, Alex was friendly and approachable and made the process feel so smooth from start to finish. We really appreciated the time taken to help us understand each stage of the process and keep us informed. Any queries we raised were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Communication was clear and timely throughout and the app was very helpful for keeping up to date on the progress. I would highly recommend using Larrington & Co. for an efficient, reliable service.

We couldn’t have asked for a better solicitor in Alicia Larrington to guide us through our house sale. From day one, she was professional, responsive, and completely on top of every detail. What really stood out was her ability to keep everything moving smoothly as she could, even while dealing with a very difficult and unresponsive solicitor at the bottom of the chain.
Alicia kept us informed at every stage, explained things clearly, and was always quick to step in and resolve issues before they could escalate. Her persistence and calm, proactive approach made what was a stressful process,  due to the poor communication skills of the solicitor at the bottom of the chain, feel far more manageable.
It’s clear she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in delivering an excellent service. We’re incredibly grateful for her hard work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alicia to anyone buying or selling a property. A truly five-star experience.

Efficient, effective, helpful, friendly and with an eye for detail.

We’ve recently completed our purchase, finishing around four weeks quicker than the UK average timeframe, which was a great result for us.

As first-time buyers, everyone’s circumstances will differ, but our experience was very smooth from start to finish. The final price matched the original quotation exactly, which is ultimately why we chose Larrington & Co in the first place—there were no surprises along the way.

We were looked after by Junaid, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Anything we needed checking or pushing back on, he handled quickly and efficiently—often already one step ahead, having contacted the relevant party before we even asked.

We would very likely use Larrington & Co again should we decide to move in the future.

As with any firm, there are small areas for improvement. The only suggestion I’d make is to have more real-time updates in the app portal. That said, I’d much rather the team focus their time on what matters most—actually getting the work done—and that’s exactly what they delivered.

Alicia was excellent at keeping me informed at every stage, even though we had the portal, she was great at emailing too. She had a no nonsense approach, honest and transparent. Will be using her services again hopefully in the near future. I recommend her highly.

Excellent service from Larrington & Co from start to finish for our transaction. Have to say Jake was fantastic and very approachable and knowledgeable through out our transaction addressing all our queries. We were very pleased that we choose Larrington and Co and would do so again.

As a first-time buyer there's so much that's unfamiliar and a lot of horror stories - I didn't experience any of this with Alicia. Alicia was very communicative and the app also made it really easy to follow the process and for a generally efficient process. Highly recommend, especially if you're a first-time buyer!

I recently used Larrington & Co Ltd for my property transaction and was extremely impressed with the service from start to finish. Communication was clear, timely, and proactive throughout, and I always felt fully informed at every stage of the process. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and reassuring approach made what could have been a stressful experience completely smooth and straightforward.
Nothing was ever too much trouble, and any queries I had were answered promptly and thoroughly. I genuinely felt supported and well looked after.
I would highly recommend Mark Popple at Larrington & Co to anyone looking for a reliable, efficient, and knowledgeable conveyancing service.

Mark was friendly, took the time to explain each step in the process and kept us well informed as to how matters were progressing. I would definitely recommend Larrington & Co.

Brilliant service throughout! Couldn’t fault them. Really easy app to use to get updates and what questions you need to answer as well as download any required documents. Special mention to Mark, who was superb from start to finish. Kept me updated. Can’t fault them in anyway!

Absolutely outstanding service! Jake Francis from Larrington and Co has been nothing short of amazing.
Jake supported us through our first major house move and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. He was always quick to respond to calls and emails, keeping us fully informed at every stage and clearly explaining what we needed to do next.
His reassurance and proactive approach—especially in managing the house chain—gave us real peace of mind throughout. We truly couldn’t recommend a better conveyancer.
Thank you so much Jake!

Absolutely wonderful experience even when we had issues with the sellers solicitors Mark helped us through and made sure we understood everything as first time buyers

Very happy that I contacted Larrington and co to act on my house sale and purchase. Alicia was always professional and available to talk things through when needed. All communication was clear and I was always kept informed throughout the process. Very personalised service. I would definitely recommend this company.

The entire team at Larrington & Co were extremely helpful and supportive over the process for our recent house purchase. Very responsive and helped us with all our enquires. Would absolutely recommend for anyone looking for the required legal support when moving!

Jake oversaw the sale of my mother’s house and I have been very please with the level of service.
I was kept up to date at every stage of the sales process and if I did have a question, Jake always took my call or came back as soon as he was free.
Administration was kept straightforward and on-line wherever possible.
I have another sale in mind and will definitely be instructing Larringtons to act.
