Received a new complete salt pepper set today. Glass “sleeve” had broken on pepper grinder and as product nearly two years old had emailed to purchase replacement part . Response was so prompt and polite and total replacement or refund offered.First class customer service. Thank you

My pepper grinder stopped working (I reckon I lost the spring when re filling) so I asked the Company if they could replace just that. Instead I have received a new box set salt and pepper grinder, so I can not thanks them enough for their excellent quick and friendly service.

Ich hatte einen kleinen Defekt an einer Salzmühle. Diese ist Teil eines Sets bestehend aus jeweils 1 elektrischen Salz- und Pfeffermühle inkl. Ladestation.
Ich habe den Kundenservice kontaktiert und den Defekt beschrieben. Antwort am selben Tag! Nachdem ich ein Foto von dem Defekt eingeschickt hatte, habe ich von Lars Nysøm wenige Tage später ein komplett neues Set erhalten... kostenlos! Wirklich ganz toller, freundlicher und schneller Support.👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I had a problem with my product and I wrote to client services for an advice. They were really fast and they sent me a completely new product. That was the first time in a long time that I have received such quality service!

I had a complaint about a LARS Nysom product. I got a really fast answer and within 3 days after my complaint, I got a complete new replacement product. Now thát's what I call customer services! Thank you Lars Nysom team!!!!

I was disappointed when my pepper mill died - it was well loved and used, and sadly out of warranty by a few months - so I contacted LARS NYSØM and they went above and beyond in sending a replacement.

Ich hatte bereits 3 Flaschen und war mit allen sehr zufrieden. Leider gab es bei der letzten kleineren Probleme.

Diese wurden aber mit dem Kundendienst super schnell gelöst.

Die Flaschen kann ich nur empfehlen, da wir sie seit Jahren nutzen.

I contacted customer services regarding an issue as a salt grinder had stopped working after 18 months. They responded super fast and were very helpful and offered to send a replacement item to me. In fact they sent a pair including a pepper grinder too. I was delighted.

About a year ago, we bought a paper and salt set. Recently, we discovered something alarming: the transparent plastic mechanism inside the salt mill had shattered into pieces. For who knows how long, we had unknowingly been grinding shards of plastic directly into our food. It’s unsettling to realize how easily this could have led to harm.

Vorbildlicher Service - Sogar nach mehr als 4 Jahren wurde eine defekte Pfeffermühle anstandslos ersetzt. Die Produkte sind dennoch absolut stabil und äusserst wertig. Ein kleiner Materialfehler kann trotzdem mal vorkommen.

I received their salt & pepper mills as a wedding gift over a year ago. One of them stopped drawing charge from the dock. I wrote to them to ask if this was a known issue and, after a painless bit of back and forth, they sent me an entire replacement product! They even refused the return of the old one for environmental protection reasons!

It might not seem outstanding, but when it seems like every corporation is making their products worse, charging more, and leaving you high and dry, this experience was a much-needed breath of fresh air!

Leider war eine der gelieferten Mühlen defekt - aber der Kundendienst hat schnell und unkompliziert reagiert und geholfen. Die Mühlen alleine haben 5 Sterne verdient, aber der Kundendienst den Sechsten! Vielen Dank und ich werde sicher wieder etwas LarsNysom kaufen

Ich habe eine Trinkflasche gekauft. Die ist auch für Kohlesäurehaltige Getränke geeignet. So eine habe ich schon lange gesucht. Sie wurde sehr schnell geliefert, sieht klasse aus und funktioniert einwandfrei. Bin begeistert und empfehle sie gerne weiter.

I bought a water bottle which was of high quality and beautiful design and colour. I was amazed that it kept my water cold all day even if it was really hot outside.

After 9 months, it started leaking, so I contacted the company and they promptly issued a refund. I later realised that the white rubber seal had popped out of the lid and quickly replaced it.

I was delighted that my bottle was leakproof again and when I contacted the company to let them know and pay back the money, they didn't accept it. They said "your satisfaction matters to us".

I am definitely satisfied with the bottle and the company. I would be happy to buy their products in the future.

Top Produkte mit hervorragendem Kundenservice. Sehr kundenorientiertes, kompetentes und freundliches Unternehmen.

TLDR: Lars Nysøm verkaufen billig hergestellte Wahren und bearbeiten Retouren nur wenn man ihnen Druck macht.
Ich habe zwei Gewürzmühlen bestellt. Nach dem Auspacken wurde sofort klar, das die Qualität zu wünschen übrig lässt. Das Mahlwerk wackelt stark hin und her und bei einer Mühle hat es sogar bei groben Einstellungen geschliffen. Die Mechanik zum Einstellen des Mahlgrades fühlt sich kratzig an und als würde es höchstens ein paar Monate halten. Solange man also die Mühlen nicht nur als Deko verwendet, findet man bessere Alternativen. Das da auf der Website mit Designawards und hoher Qualität geworden wird ist natürlich peinlich aber auch nichts sonderlich neues.

Das eigentlich Problem kommt auf, wenn man versucht den Kaufvertrag zu wiederrufen, so wie es auf der Seite beschrieben wird. Alle Mails werden ignoriert und das Kontaktformular auf der Website funktioniert nicht. Man bekam erst eine Antwort als, als man über PayPal Druck gemacht hat. Diese Antwort war dann eine Mail mit einem halbherzigen Satz, der auf das Rücksendeetikett im Anhang verwiesen hat.
Die Rücksendung ist jetzt seit einer Woche bei dem Verkäufer angekommen und es gab immer noch keine Mail, dass die Retoure bearbeitet wird oder ähnliches. Das Geld bekommt man wahrscheinlich nur wieder wenn man weiter auf seine Verbraucherrechte pocht...

Vielleicht war der laden ja mal seriös, aber so wie ich behandelt wurde ist das einfach nur Scam.

Ich hatte bereits vor ca. 4 Jahren Lars Nysøm Produkte für mich Entdeckt.
Vor über einem Jahr habe ich mir ein neues Set bestellt, was nun leider nicht mehr funktionierte.
Trotz abgelaufener Garantie habe ich Lars Nysøm Team angeschrieben und wurde NICHT Enttäuscht!
Der Kundenservice hat sich umgehend bei mir per Mail gemeldet und mir einen Lösungsvorschlag angeboten.

Super Kundenservice, tolle Produkte, das wird auf jeden Fall weitererzählt.

Hab ein Gift Set für eine Freundin als Weihnachtsgeschenk gekauft. Hat alles reibungslos funktioniert und sie hat sich sehr darüber gefreut. Die Produkte haben Top Qualität und sind sehr schön.
