Been waiting for my order for 2 weeks…

Been waiting for my order for 2 weeks and when it was about to be delivered, it always fail as the courier always ran out of time! Aside from that, the rider does not answer to any of my calls and texts. It's my first time ordering in this app and this is what I'll experience. Very disappointing!!

Lazada - Canajob These people are scammers

These people are scammers, they send you to a site and you are initially a helper to do what they call 'Grab' PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR IT... they will even allow you to withdraw some funds as you are doing it for your so called mentor (mine was lisa10) and they *Customer Service' whom I thought was just the same as the so called mentor .. helps with the entire scam ( canajob dot com), they told me 60 orders have to be completed, and initially you receive a commission but cannot withdraw until you complete the orders which in my case initially was 60 (same for my mentor who will make you withdraw the funds so you feel all goes well) but then you get what they call a Welfare order and this will always be MORE than what you have in the account and so you are now required to add to the account if you want to complete the so called tasks. So after a few days of doing it for the scammer mentor, my account grew a bit and then they bait you with bigger and bigger orders that must be grabbed before you hit your 60 so that you can never complete the required amount to withdraw. I kept depositing because I wanted to take my principle out and then all of a sudden (I was a gullible fool) the orders go from 60 to 80 and never once did the Customer Service say this. They lie and say it is the A.I that pushed me into another grouping and so now I need 80 orders and I knew before I completed those (even though I had more than 4500 CAD dollars in the account, this would not be enough) and fair enough a Grab appears for over 7000 CAD dollars so now more is required.. please do not be a fool like I was but I know each and every one of these low life's will suffer .. I can promise you this because I had to borrow from my Family .. which btw they encourage you to do to try and get out my principle so now I owe them too. PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM and I will post this everywhere and so please you too can read this and tell all your friends about these utter pathetic excuses of humans about this matter.

ALERT: Suspected Scam & Phishing

This App, "Lazada - Online Shopping & Deals," has either serious safety, security and vulnerability issues, or the company has also released malicious clones in the market itself, or it is an outright scam, phishing app, stealing user data in the guise of a shopping app. Needs a probe. Apple/Android must immediately remove this App from their stores and ban it on their platforms.
WHY? (1) The company is aware and claims in its "Disclaimer" that the Lazada App is also "being promoted fraudulently by some third-parties" and getting installed by third-parties without its knowledge. Well, if the company is aware and still not fixing the apparent issue of tainted clones circulating around, it rather suggests that the App is unsafe and the company is complicit in breaching individual privacy and data security. (2) Own experience - I NEVER accessed or downloaded this App from any store or website, NEVER clicked on anything suspicious but this App has yesterday mysteriously popped from the sky and surfaced on my App drawer, glued to the screen, wouldn't get deleted despite all efforts, but demand to be launched and complete its installation. Distressing. Shameful.

Lazada is UNTRUSTWORTHY and UNPROFESSIONAl

Lazada is a very UNPROFESSIONAL company. You will regret ever dealing with Lazada. This company only protects its sellers and not buyers. They are very unjust when it comes to granting refunds/returns. I will NEVER download the Lazada App anymore as well as buy anything from its platform.

I REGRET ever choosing Lazada over any other platform when dealing with online purchases.

Let me tell you that Lazada is far more…

Let me tell you that Lazada is far less from what you get with Amazon. The customers are always crossing fingers that the merchant is gonna send the right item and if not, good luck to get a refund or compensated!!! We ordered one bedroom furniture set to end up receiving a small plastic table in a box and some other time the box was just filled empty with paper. Lazada should really work hard to hold their partners accountable to satisfy their clients if it really wishes to accomplish what Amazon does here in North America.

Item not delivered but sent email to say delivered.

Received an email to say the item was delivered but my wife confirmed she had been at home all day and did not receive the item or any phone call or text from Ninja Van.
I emailed them and they sent a photo of the package being held with little background detail to confirm the item had been delivered. This photo tells me nothing about who received it or where they live.

I did 4 orders but the delivery guy didn't send me pop box. Pin and. Pop box confirmed me that delivery guy from LAZADA took it. They refuse to refund. ROGUES

this company have stolen my money and are not willing to help me get it back. my driver scammed me told me he will take an item back worth 1300 pesos for a fee of 200 pesos. he marked it as delivered and is ignoring me.

i have complained to lazada and they opened a case after i submitted all the evidence and then got back to me today saying:

This is to inform you that our logistics team already taken measures to improve delivery services. We have already reported the courier assigned to your order. We'll be making sure that this won't happen again and/ will be prevented for your future orders

As your concern has been resolved, we will now proceed to close this ticket.

SO NOTHING ABOUT MY STOLEN MONEY OR FAN WHICH IS WHY I COMPLAINED WHAT AN EARTH IS THIS LAZADA I THINK THEY ARE ALSO HERE JUST TO SCAM!!

i will now use SHOPEE for orders and i recommend you do the same as there is no support for lazada in the philipines and their phone number is indonsian called for 2 minutes and all my credit ran out.

UPDATE AFTER LAZADAS REPLY ON HERE

they just claimed they have live chat support.. funny that if you go on to live chat and ask for support it asks you what product your on about and then you elect it and it gives you the status of your delivery. if you as for a human it says the can't provide,

if you loads of different questions for around half an hour an option out of the blue randomly comes up saying you can chat to a live agent.

i spoke about my issue and they acted like they would help. they then send me an email after two days saying all this i previously mentioned.

i would like to note not only did the driver steal my package, he also on a few occasions told me to be at the apartment for certain times to accept deliveries. and then when i went there he cancelled my deliveries himself and ignored my phone calls and messages costing me even more money.

this has been an absolute nightmare!!! don't be fooled by them pretending and saying they give customer good service!!

False advertising and Bad custoner care system

False advertising on the website! I have ordered on one of their seller. It was a set of make up from etude. I know I rechecked my order because I was debating on getting the set of 3 items or just the 2 items as their is a big price difference(for me as a low income person). Now, I paid this item when I put my order on this site. When I received my item I press the ordered received button because I received the item. Unlucky me, by pressing this it means I cannot request for refund on my items ordered if there was damaged or items are missing which is confusing as heck. Now I received my item but the set of make up is not complete. I reached out to the seller and thay said my order was just the 2 items. I pointed out that the price difference if I really did order the 2 items why was I charged with this price and they are not responding. I check the items again on the site and the set of 3 items is gone which is weird and I cannot find the same price of the item that I ordered. I reached out to customer care, which is also a pain to find in the website and to connect to a person. I stated my concern and they cannot help me because I already confirmed that I received the item and confirming that the order is received meaning I cannot request for refund unless the seller can process this for me which is a problem because the seller is NOT RESPONDING. I asked the cs agent to contact the seller but i guess its not part of their protocol. I also pointed out their bad reviews, because it means I am not the only one who experienceed it. I was thingking they could atleast help me reach out, or atleast establish that my complain is legit. They are the one holding the money before they send it to the seller. I guess goodbye money now unless the seller will respond? So yeah, bad bad experience from this app compared to the other one when I have a complaint it was resolved and I received a partial refund for the item missing.

Terrible experience with this company

Terrible experience with this company. My order is deliver on time from the seller however, stuck in Lazada deliver company. I never receive it until now over one week delay but they already take the money from my credit card customer service they just keep saying sorry and hearing Philippine sorry mean nothing. Terrible experience.

I use to be a big fan of Lazada . But not anymore. I order last May this year of aesthetics accent chair. And they cost me 31,000PHP. Obviously they will charge you straight away. After more than a month of waiting for my order. Apparently July August pass and no delivery is showing up. Phone Lazada customer service. And they said obviously its been ages that i waited for this item. And in the apps i dont have mean to do my own cancellation they will cancel my order and get refund in 2 weeks time. But hello it was just a dream. Until now its almost end of September now. We called multiple time. Customer service said . My complaint is not moving even they escalated already the situation. 31 grand PHP is not a joke. You are running a bug company. You don’t know how to deal with customer complaints and return. You are destroying your reputation. I won’t stop spreading hate speech against your company.mind you even they said its been escalated. It’s still not been noticed by the higher up. Speed up your action . Same thing when you take our payment.

Bad quality products. Many fakes. Extremely bad customer service that just keeps you running around without ever really doing something to help. When things are finally settled and i close my com....Just to see they appear all new , fresh and same problematic AGAIN as if i did NOT sit online with lazada yesterday all day to correct THEIR mistakes.
