I've just permanently deleted my 15-year-old account with this company. Simply put, I have lost trust in them. Specifically, I received a defected product, asked for a refund, and provided photographic and video proof of the defect. The seller refused the request, and Lazada sided with them, ignoring the evidence I provided, even though the seller had never actually seen the product I received. Beyond this, Lazada has demonstrated little control over product quality from their countless suppliers, and almost no inclination to support customers in claims against poor quality goods. The right move, given any reasonable disagreement between a seller and buyer, would have been a compromise: offer a credit for the returned merchandise after the seller receives it and verifies the defect. Lazada chose the wrong course and lost a long-time customer over a less-than-$20 transaction. So, the underlying issue is, I just don't trust them anymore. Moreover, there are countless competitors willing to accept my business going forward.
Delivery no good
Had bought many many products from Lazada Thailand delivery Personnel always acknowledge when they come up driving into your property they at least get out of their car this time they didn't even get out of the car I know they could see me even though they're sitting in there nice cool air conditioned car too lazy to get out and acknowledge your customer as I was getting my money then they just drove off incredibly lazy unprofessional and rude
Fake!
Not only this time. Sometimes it works to satisfaction but not making up for the scammers they provide with a selling option here. Over all totally fake!

Screen shot when you order COD PLUS
When you order through Lazada, make sure to take a screen shot of every process especially if you use COS PLUS. Lazada will lie and say you only ordered normal COD if you don't get the chance to pay after the item is shipped. My message to pay now was sent just after midnight and the offer only stayed available for a short time. When I complained and showed them the message that Lazada had sent me, they said you only ordered normal COD. Lazada has become very bad again

I still have a remaining balance of the voucher but can no longer use them. They should refund the money directly to my bank. Such a waste of money. Not a recommended app

First and last order on this site.
They promise a 7-day return with a refund… in reality, this is completely false. I received products that did not match the description at all:
– very poor fabric quality
– looks nothing like the photos
– incorrect sizing
I did everything required: sent photos and videos to prove the issue. The result? Refund request denied, no effort from customer service, and they didn’t even arrange a return.
Customer service is non-existent and ineffective. No solution, no commercial gesture. You’re just left with unusable products.
I also noticed I’m not the only one — many reviews report the exact same experience.
Since then, I switched to Temu, where at least if a product doesn’t fit or match, it’s returned and refunded without any hassle.
👉 Conclusion:
Lazada makes promises they don’t keep. Avoid this site. I’m done with it for good.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I live in Thailand and the system don't recognize my phone number (it is not a tourist sim card - it is a real thai mobile phone number). And then, if I try to sign up with google, the process is insane. I guess these guys don't neet more customers.
Will order on an other website and will not recommend this site to my friends.

1 star — Duplicate charge, case refused, zero accountability
On 3 April 2026 I made a single purchase on Lazada Thailand (Order No. 1086694698746306) for THB 2,000.30. My Bangkok Bank debit card was charged TWICE — once at 01:45 and again at 01:47 — two separate transaction reference numbers, both confirmed on my official bank statement and SMS notifications.
I contacted Lazada support and was assigned Case No. 2500000189610136. Their response: “no duplicate payment found on our end.” They told me to contact my bank. My bank confirmed both charges hit my account and directed me back to Lazada. Classic runaround.
I have irrefutable evidence: official Bangkok Bank statement, two transaction detail screenshots with different reference numbers, and bank SMS alerts showing two debits 3 minutes apart for the same merchant.
Lazada collected THB 2,000.30 twice for one order and refuses to refund the duplicate. I have now filed a formal chargeback with Bangkok Bank and submitted complaints to OCPB and ETDA.
Avoid paying by debit card on Lazada — if a payment gateway error double-charges you, they will not help you.
Do not use Lazada unless you want to give your money away
This company like a lot of online companies do not check out these vendors. They will let anyone sell on their site. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY LAZADA!!!!.
I have order item that say were delivered and received and were not. It takes them forever to deliver anything. Up to 4 weeks at times. Then try to contact them you have to jump through hoops and good luck getting a response. Also, if you want to return an item again get ready to jump through hoops. You have to take a picture of the item tell them what is wrong and file a return with the so-called vendor who will not response. I have been ripped off twice that enough. Also, if your package was never received you take it up with the vendor but there is no way to tell the vendor you never received it. There website sucks for a drop-down menu there is no choice that say never received a package.
Your money is stuck and nothing is delivered
I have tried twice to order from Lazada, and the seller never responds nor does the item ship. I can only get a refund a voucher, which I then spend again, and I get the same thing. No response, nothing ships, I cancel again, I order from another seller and the cycle repeats. Lazada Customer Support responded when I called them, "There is nothing we can do because the seller must respond." Meanwhile, my money is stuck with Lazada in a bank somewhere collected interest but I get no product.

Bad cheating company is lazada, you can win prizes and for not to give it to you they just have LAME excuses it is out of stock while the seller is just selling it, they cheat always, voucher are useless ,support brainless, and very selfish, greedy company either way shopee is cheaper and better lazada charge high seller fees because they GREEDY and there for prices are a lot higher then on shopee, company is unfair and have lame excuses for not give what you honestly won finally after 30+ days. They sell garbage
They sell garbage. They sell knockoffs and counterfeits. They refuse to refund even though the site says, "30 days free return and refund". They even refuse to cancel orders that are "cash on delivery". When they do that, I refuse delivery and refuse to pay. The item is then returned to the vendor at their expense. I only shop at Lazada if I have no other option. They refused to cancel an order today, despite it not shipping yet and is cash on delivery. They have sent me wrong items (usually less expensive items) and refuse to send the correct order, give a refund, or accept a return, despite "30 days free return and refund". Lazada is another Alibaba scam.

I must accept responsibility for not doing my homework about Lazada but I cannot recommend their service one bit!
I purchased a car floor mat set. It consisted of six pieces however only three pieces were delivered. I raised this immediately with the seller including photographic evidence which included the box the three pieces arrived in which would not have been big enough to accommodate all six pieces.
The seller did not respond at all. So, I raised it with Lazada who themselves took over a day to respond.
My request to return what was delivered for a refund was denied on the grounds I did not provide enough evidence!!! What evidence can you provide for components that were not included!!??
Lesson learned. Do not deal with Lazada. Account closed!!
The gates of hell
The top caption expresses it perfectly, no refund for orders placed, no assistance from the humorously labeled, customer service? Two recent experiences, one product never delivered for 3 months but still shows ready to ship. Five calls to customer service have achieved no results, claims that case will be escalated go nowhere. Second case, two shirts that haven't been delivered many weeks after the delivery date, same experience customer for service calls go nowhere. I am starting to believe that this company is actually extorting customers, meaning they pocket money and then use their customer service umbrella to conceal them from this fraudulent and deceptive practice. Avoid this company at all cost.
Missing products and bad customer service
I ordered a product and there was a item missing. Seller refused to send me the missing item and Lazads refused to give me a refund. I had to order the missing item on Shopee. Lazada is not trustworthy, they lie and their feedback says by a return and refund request:"....product must send back to LAZADA...." Like Lazada is the seller and in that case Lazada must take responsibility about their mistake. There is no consumer protection.
BUYER BEWARE
They refuse to acknowledge their serious problems. They put their sellers way ahead of their customers, like me. They always baby their sellers. LAZADA allows many, many, many, bad and corrupt sellers to work from their platform. Sellers bait and switch not sending the item in the photo. Lazada is supposed to have a no questions asked refund in the first 7 days!! (that's a lie)
Own more than one occasion I received a shipment and it was not correct and ask for a refund within 20 minutes and finally get the refund after 3 weeks of fighting with them and the seller.
C.O.D. Cash.On.Delivery. Is one of the best ways to protect yourself, because in Thailand the government says you are allowed to look into your package to examine it and send it back without paying. That is by far the only way to assure you have no headaches other than having to be there when the package arrives.
OVERSEAS/CHINA.
Lazada must have more than 1,000, or way more than 1,000 sellers shipping from China. These sellers will put location as somewhere around Bangkok when in effect it is coming from China.

After I did my research they were near perfect copies but I figured out they were copies or counterfeit and I had a giant war with a seller and Lazada getting my money back.
HERE ARE SOME THINGS LAZADA NEEDS TO DO.
Fully disclose if the item you are purchasing is coming from overseas specifically China, as China makes as many counterfeit products is the new original products.
Honor their policies!! If someone wants a refund during their 7-day no questions asked refund request, then there should be no questions asked! The buyer should not have to wait on a dealer to honor a 7-day no questions asked refund. Even with their claim of this I have had a few battles when asking for a refund within the first 20 minutes after finding I had a bad order.
With Amazon #1 online site in the World You get an immediate refund and if there's any problems with a seller Amazon deals with them and will probably not allow them to sell on Amazon any longer.
Here the seller can be in China and pretend he is in Bangkok and offer a discount if you do not receive your package on the day advertised. That discount is factored into the order to try to cheat customers, and hide the fact that the item is coming from China.
Buyer beware when purchasing items through Lazada.

Man bekommt was man zahlt. Viele fake Produkte. Garantien werden versprochen aber nicht eingehalten. Der Service von lazada, wenn es Probleme mit den Verkäufern gibt, ist gleich Null, man verweist auf das System und bleibt alleine im regen stehen. Es gibt viele fake und scammer Shops. Lazada unternimmt nichts dagegen, auch nicht nachdem man als geschädigten darauf hinweist. Die Produkte bzw Verkäufer werden nicht entfernt, das geht gar nicht. Ich würde dieser Plattform nicht mal einen halben Stern geben
