Leaders - Colchester レビュー

Rob from leaders has always done his upmost in terms of sorting any problems with the property. Have been without an oven since before Easter but he was very apologetic and said he’d been away for a week which is fair enough and since he’s been back we’re now booked in for a new oven. He responds fairly quickly also.

Rob Perry is always fast on answer our requests in a proper and profissional manner, and always do his best to solve any issues as quick as possible

Leaders in Colchester has always been there for me over the last eight years but I must give a special mention for Rob Perry who is a star, very helpful and a great communicator. Thank you Rob.

Leaders had always been proactive and helpful during tenancy process and I have been dealing with them almost for more than two years and the service they provide had been wonderful. Specially my property manager, Robert Perry had been amazing and always help us with any request that we have regarding the property and been helping us with even our smallest queries fast at all times. Thank you.

The dealings I have had with Leaders have always been resolved quickly.
Rob Perry especially, has been reliable, knowledgeable and professional, across a variety of issues.
The whole team at Leaders are good, but Rob is a key individual.

Robert Perry has been super helpful, very approachable. Much appreciated.

I've had and still do for the most part, an excellent experience with Leader's Colchester Sales and support team. Chloe and Robert are an asset and have made my experience an absolutely amazing one. Thank you both and many thanks to Leaders

I’ve been with Leaders for the past three years. Julie Preston has been very helpful and approachable throughout these years, I cannot thank her enough. She always has been the best in managing the property I’ve rented and is highly professional.

Robert Perry is providing a prompt and attentive service as we let a property with Leaders. As an overseas landlord, he mediates very professionally and subjectively between the landlord’s and tenant's interests and requirements.

I have been with this agent as a tenant for nigh on 8 years now and ever since the entity change to Leaders I can say that I have no complaints about their service.

They have been prompt in regards to maintenance issues, which can also be referred via an online portal, and I've had contractors doing various jobs from fixing the oven to completely replacing the boiler with not much push needed on my part.

Their renewal process has also been quite painless and they have negotiated with the landlords on our behalf to get to a mutual agreement.

Shout out to Rob for always being patient with me.

Honestly, I hear a lot of horror stories about slum landlords and hellish estate agents but Leaders are not one of them.

Leaders have managed my property for 15 years. With all the new regulations and certificates that are needed now I don’t have to worry about anything as they keep me up to date. Rob Perry is very approachable and professional, and the whole team are always very helpful.

Leaders have provided a good service and are prompt with responses to any issues raised. Rob Perry at Leaders Colchester has always been very helpful, polite and efficient.

Ive been working with Paulina Danaj at Leaders for a few years. She is always helpful and fair.
