Leaders - Colchester レビュー

Leaders have managed my rental property for many years now. Robert Perry is always quick to reply to messages and manages the property (communication with tenants, repairs/maintenance etc.) very well.

Mr Robert Perry has been my property manager for many years and has always been very helpful. Just wanted to show my appreciation for his high quality service and prompt help.

I have been engaged with Leaders and there predecessors for almost 30 years. As I have been living overseas during this period, I have had to rely on the staff at Leaders to manage my property and all the issues pertaining. My main point of contact has been Rob Perry and I cannot speak highly enough of him. Over the years I have had regular contact with Rob who has managed any issues with sympathy, professionalism and fairness between myself and the tenants. Rob Perry rates the top of my list in any business I have had to deal with over many years. Thank you Rob.

As a tenant off leaders , I have found Robert Perry , property maintenance advisor to be very considerate, professional and understanding, It has made the experience of using leaders significantly better, I hope he goes far in his career, it would be well deserved.

I have used Leaders services as a landlord for a couple of years now. Paulina Danaj takes care of everything for me. Very responsive and attentive, professional and on the ball. I can leave my property in her safe hands knowing that she will act professionally in my best interests.

Leaders have been my letting agent for many years and they are a good company to choose to let your property through. Julie Preston is my lettings manager/liaison/help and has been there from the start, she can offer all round guidance for the whole process. She will not only help you sort out all of the legal aspects she will offer sound advice where possible. Simply put Leaders are lucky to have her and we are lucky to have her guidance and help.

We're current tenants of one of the properties that Leaders looks after and we cannot fault them. They are prompt with any enquiries we have or any help in maintenance of the place. Happy with their service. Keep it up.

Rented a bungalow through leaders for the last 2 years and my property manager Kayleigh Barham has always been very helpful and quick to help with any queries or problems that have come up

Property manager Robert Perry has been amazing from day one, six years down the line he still goes above and beyond with regards to my rental property! Couldn’t recommend enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have been dealing with Lynette Baker for approximately 4 years, and found her to be professional, efficient, effective and personable. I would highly recommend her and the team at Leaders Colchester.

Rob Perry is decent, friendly and provided an excellent service. He smashes the competition and excels as high as the excel building meaning he has room to grow, but I love him so he gets 5 stars from me⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Rob Perry has responded to my query as regarding the bathroom leaking straightway. His efficiency has exceeded my expectation. Thank you!

Rob Perry is my contact at Leaders, they have rented my flat in Colchester for a few years and Rob is my go to person if I want to get anything done. He is very helpful and easy to work with.

Julie has always been extremely helpful addressing any issues with the property I live in,
144 Victoria Chase, Colchester.
She has also been most helpful in negotiating rental rates with the owner of my flat. Julie has constantly been most courteous, pleasant and understanding towards me in my dealings with Leaders.

Mr Rob Perry and the whole Team are always caring and attentative while also being professional
I have been a Tenant for some eleven years to date and have welcomed their expertise and a caring attitude when dealing with an issue that concerns an occasional repair of the property and arrangements for servicing a domestic Boiler
I would also like to mention that arrangements are carried out for visiting the property on behalf of the Landlord at set times which does allow for the Tenant to report any problems that are dealt with efficiently and in a reliable manner

We are very happy with the service provided by Leaders. Our contact Rob Perry is friendly and helpful and always responds promptly to any issues or questions.
