Leaders - Fareham レビュー

Sent to Pearsons by me - "I wish to bring to your attention the exceptional service Lizzi Kenyon provided to us during January & February this year, regarding the Letting of my Property in Knowle. Her attention to detail; promptness in communicating with us; & her finding us tenants quickly, were all exceptional traits. As a Company, you are very fortunate to have such a diligent & dedicated member of your team. Nothing was too much trouble throughout the Process, for which we are extremely grateful. I bought the property through Pearsons 6 years ago. Together with that experience; & Lizzi’s & her colleagues’ application to the matter in hand, has meant I shall definitely recommend your Company, hopefully using your Services again in the future."

We have been so impressed with the service and attention to customer service from Emily Brooks at the Fareham branch. She has worked so hard to find tenants for our property in Fareham. She has been in regular contact, given us information when required and been so friendly throughout. I would highly recommend her!

Becky has been great help throughout the process of moving into our flat she has been very prompt with answering any questions we have asked via email and phone and overall is very friendly. 😊

An all round great experience, really approachable and friendly staff members who were very happy to help us at any point. Especially Becky who was managing our property.

Really supportive throughout the whole process of renting our new home. Emily and Becky have guided us through brilliantly and mate it a seamless process.

As a fairly new landlord, I’m still learning the procedures for renting out my property. Leaders have been great in supporting me and explaining each step. They’re always free to chat with and ensure you get a great price for your property.

Leaders in Fareham do not care about tenants and are totally biased towards landlords. A close relative is having to live in disgusting conditions in a flat with damp, mould and water dripping from the ceilings, down the walls and into plug sockets. Both tenants have become very ill due to inhaling the mould spores. Their furniture, bedding and possessions feel wet and are covered in black mould. For weeks Leaders and the Landlord did nothing - well they did advise the tenants to keep the heating on and open the windows! Finally a damp report has been received and instead of focussing on how they can help the tenants the landlord is now arguing with the flats block management about who will be responsible for the extensive repairs on this property.

Meanwhile the tenants continue to suffer. All they want is to be released from their 12 month contract so they can find somewhere habitable to live. But Leaders and the Landlord sit back and take the rent, leaving the tenants no option but to live in these awful conditions. Truly shocking.

Emily has been absolutely amazing in helping us find our first property. She had explained every stage in detail and has answered any question we have had along the way. Would definitely recommend Leaders to help you find a home

Great customer experience with Emily. Professional, hard working and has the ability to match the right property with the right tenants. I have used other agents previously but because of the service I received through Emily….. Leaders is the agent for me.

Leaders have been amazing especially Emily we met her at 49 the avenue she was really nice and any questions we had she had the all the awnser’s too if she didn’t know the answer she’d phone the landlord and get back to me with the an awnser the same day! Can’t fault the service!

Emily made it very easy and clear for us to be able to move. Everything was made very clear and straightforward. There was no waiting on anything, and everything was done promptly and professionally!

Leaders Fareham have been an absolute joy to work with in securing my new property.
In particular, Becky was friendly and helpful at every turn, and really went the extra mile to help me get sorted.

She was on time to the viewing, knowledgeable about the property she showed me and responded very quickly to any questions I had, or paperwork I sent over.
