A big thank you to Rosie, Natasha and Aleisha for making everything so easy and straight forward.
Great customer service throughout 😊

From our first meeting with Fallon at the property we wanted to rent out to the new tenants taking residence was no more than a month. In between everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently and any our our queries responded to, usually by Rosie, in the same manner.

All in all a pleasant, fairly stress free, experience made so by the pleasant, efficient and friendly branch staff

I recommend.

The entire team was very supportive throughout the process. I really appreciate their professionalism and swiftness. They helped put an end to our 3 months of being homeless in England.

So helpful and responsive, would highly recommend to anyone looking to move.

The team at Leaders estate agents is highly professional, efficiently handling tasks such as preparing the property online, advertising, and organizing viewings. I am pleased to note that maintenance issues are promptly addressed, keeping the tenants happy."

Rosie Lloyd is particularly efficient in her work and keeps me informed about the progress of my properties. She has a passion for the letting business, and her communication skills help me secure tenants quickly.

Following a recent move to Leaders from another local agent, our experience has been excellent from start to finish. Charlotte and Declan have led the transition and walked us through it every step of the way, inspiring confidence and providing much needed local advice as we are remote landlords. Ben did a great job finding our new tenants and ensuring that all the details were in place for a smooth move. It's been a really positive start to a new relationship, I highly recommend Leaders and want to take the opportunity to thank the team for their hardwork, commitment and professionalism.

A quality and professional service from the start. Charlotte was great from the initial meeting providing all the relevant information and explaining the entire process. Charlotte was available at anytime throughout to answer any questions or queries. I would greatly recommend this service

I would like to recommend leaders team in Stoke on Trent, specially Charlotte. We have a 4 bedroom HMO property in Stoke on Trent, which was previously managed by another letting agency. When I contacted Charlotte, our house needed 3 individual tenants desperately as it was vacant for more than 5 weeks and was advertised on the market by other agency for approx 4 months. Charlotte being extremely helpful from the moment I made my first call and she gave me right advice for letting our property. She communicated well with us and gave regular updates without us chasing up. She also liaised well with our previous management agency and also with our contractors to sort out some issues in our property.
In less than 4 weeks all our 3 rooms have tenants and Leaders is going to manage our property in future. The whole process was very smooth and stress free. Charlotte is best in her work and we are very thankful.

After having a disappointing experience with another local estate agent in Stoke on Trent previously, it was refreshing to see a company act professionally from the first meeting we had with them when finding a new home. Rosie and the team were truly helpful and understanding.

We had a viewing tonight we were met by a lovely young lady called Rosie who was very helpful polite and happy to do her job, even though the house was not for us I would most definitely use this company again for there professionalism and help.

All staff are pleasent, friendly and deal with customers in a thoroughly proffessional manner. Thank you Charlotte, Rosie, Emily, Lydia and Ben!

The 5 stars are for Rosie and Charlotte at the Stoke branch, who have worked very hard for me. The staff at Leaders Stoke are trying their hardest to do a fantastic job. Thank you and keep up the great work!
