Leaders - Loughborough レビュー

Anna turned up at the agreed time and conducted the property inspection in a thorough, efficient and friendly way. The process didn't feel at all intrusive, more like a chat with a neighbour....and the report itself was copied to us for info later the same day.
A job well done !

As a landlord , I have consistently received great professional services from property manager- Ms Iara Thomas at Leaders , Loughborough branch . She is very prompt and efficient at resolving any issues . I would highly recommend their services to everyone. Thanks

Seemed keen to get the job finished promptly.

Thank you to Anna who always is quick to help with my problems and queries, no extra stress thanks to Anna Burton

Fantastic communication from this lady , very good service and very pleased so far 😊

Anna Burton was really helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Many thanks.

Anna Burton is a massive asset to leaders , as our property manager she was always so helpful and even after moving out of our letting she is still in contact with us now helping us . Anna will always go above and beyond anything that is asked of her for her tenants . She is truly remarkable. Thank you such for all you have done .

Leaders Team Loughborough have been amazing. They’ve guided us through the whole rental process smoothly. What can be a stressful period was made easy by their helpfulness and willingness to assist. Jade our property manager has been extremely attentive and professional in dealing with any issues and conveying communication between ourselves and the landlord. Thank you Leaders.

The ladies at Leaders have been wonderful, I'm in a bit of a sticky situation with my landlord and i've received nothing but support from the Loughborough team. I would like to recommend Iara in particular, i've been really taken care of. Thankyou so much!!

I have had the pleasure of working for Iara a few times now and she has been nothing but amazing and is willing to help in any way possible. She is an absolute credit to Leaders!

Found my first rental home through leaders, Tori was only a phone call away to guide us through the process, wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Great communication by Ben and the Loughborough team to help me find my perfect rental home. Nothing was too much trouble.

As a contractor it is a pleasure to work with Leaders, good communication and helpful staff make my job easier.

We received excellent customer service from
Tori at the Loughborough branch, who went the extra mile for us, was conscientious and on the ball! We have had quite the negative experience with lettings at Frank Innes in Loughborough and Leaders have beat them hands down with customer service.
Thanks Tori!
