First time contact with Leaders and Alex was not only professional but friendly and efficient during our conversation, paying particular attention to our details of property requirements. Do hope we will be able to progress options very soon.

The lettings agents at Leaders are always very friendly and polite, so it's a pleasure to communicate and helps take the stress out of the rental hunt! They're also very helpful and efficient with viewing bookings and follow ups too, all round 5 stars :)

We have been tenants for some time here at leader's and Honey from the New Milton branch has been very helpful. Thank You

Alex is accommodating, It was nice talking to him. We hope to hear from him soon about our viewing schedule. I will recommend this company to some friends.

Very professional and helpful. I have been renting through leaders in the past and couldn't be more grateful for all their help. Any problems dealt promptly without delays

I would like to thank both Honey and Lucy at New Milton for dealing with my unexpected change of tenancy efficiently and professionally. They helped make the move as stress free as it could be and were timely with their communications keeping me fully informed of progress. Well done girls 👏

Whereas Leaders as a national letting agency do leave a lot to be desired, there are some outstanding members of their staff who are the sole reason I stay with them
Lucy Stephens is one of these members of staff who looks after my interests in the New Milton area and I cannot praise her highly enough.
She certainly goes that extra mile for me and I hope she knows how much I value our relationship.
I also hope you remain with them for few years Lucy!!!
She is part of the teams in New Milton and Christchurch whose members are great individuals.
Frankly I feel Leaders are very lucky to have them on board.

Honey was very helpful and supportive of my needs.
Definitely recommend this estate agents to friends and family.

A very positive experience with Leaders on our tenancy change over. The process was organised by Honey Finch at their New Milton office. We had a new tenant in residence within two weeks of the previous tenant vacating.
A great result from a landlord perspective.

Honey was very helpful and informative! She gave me lots of information and answered all of my questions with ease. Will definitely be back to ask for more advice and to find the right property.

Just had a viewing with honey in Lymington. Lovely lady and very knowledgeable. Very happy with the hard work she has put into helping find a home. Thank you

I have to say thank you to Honey Finch for her professional standards.
I really apparated her understanding and giving me real needed advice.
I would indeed to talk in the near future concerning rental properties.
Thank you for you help and advice.
