Leaders - Poole Lettings レビュー

All in all - I've had a pretty mixed experience with Leaders (encompassing a number of their offices / branches) however - The experience that I've had with Leaders Poole, has been nothing shy of exemplary, more specifically, my experience with one of their Team members, Ronnie. Hmm... The best way that I can say it, is: You know that deep sense of satisfaction that you get when you deal with someone who not only knows how to do their job with the utmost levels of care, competence, confidence, diligence and professionalism but also portrays it in both how they speak and their overall levels of conduct when dealing with you? Well... Yeah. That statement accurately describes my experience when communicating with Ronnie. Top work mate, and really appreciate your help.

A few other notable mentions are guy who has the badass mustache from their Bournemouth branch, and his colleague who used to work in animations (sorry guys, forgotten your names, but you deserve a shout out as well for being both really easy, and fun to deal with.)

Very good services, they response inquiries immediately and very nice agent.

Ronnie was the one who help me out in getting our home. He was very kind and always update us and help us all throughout the process. You should hire more people like Ronnie.

My experience with the team headed up by Mike Kunzi was handled professionally with regards to securing a tenant for my rental property. I have been with Leaders Bournemouth for a long time but the first time with the Poole office. Nothing was ever too much trouble & response times were timely would highly recommend & well done to the team r

We have recently secured a rental property through Leaders.
The whole experience was made very easy thanks to Ronnie.
He was always extremely helpful and thoroughly professional and could always be relied on to return calls after leaving messages for him , not something we found with other agencies.

Recently viewed a property with my husband and daughter. Ronnie was very friendly and professional and helpful, we have now secured the property.

Ronnie Cullinane recently helped us find our new home in Dorset. Throughout the process he responded to all my questions patiently and promptly and was very accommodating and helpful.

Saying hi to the leaders team in Poole!
Oliver that has done our viewing sold the property so well and answered all our questions. Thank you Oliver!
And Ronnie who is taking us through all the paperwork has been very helpful too! Thanks guys!

Cannot express my gratitude to all the staff at leaders Poole enough.
Zach especially worked really hard to ensure me, my partner and 4 month old boarder collie was able to find somewhere suitable to live.
Zach was also extremely patient in regards to my personal schedule and that it was often ridiculously difficult to get hold of me due to shift work.
A really kind and thorough team who consistently tried to ensure everything was as easy and simple as could be!
