Leaders - St Helens レビュー

I’m fairly new to being a landlord and, navigating my first year, I’ve definitely been on a huge educational curve! 😅 Managing a property alongside working full-time can be incredibly stressful, especially when you’re still learning the ropes.

That’s where Leaders came in. They reached out to me specifically, and Mike took the time to educate me, guide me and share his expertise when it came to checking in on my already-tenanted property. From there, Mike took over the rest, which has been such a huge help. He’s been incredibly hands-on, kept me informed throughout and made sure everything was handled properly, particularly as my tenants are still fairly new to the property.

They’ve now taken over the full management of the property, and honestly, I feel like a massive weight has been lifted off my shoulders! 🙌

If you’re a landlord with one or multiple properties and you’re considering having someone manage things for you, I’d genuinely recommend giving this team a chance. My experience so far has been absolutely flawless, and I couldn’t be happier with the support I’ve received.

Thank you for everything, especially Mike! 😊

Although I am new to the leader estate agent, I am more than satisfactory with their cervices so far, their reception ,patience and dedication to their customers is excellent, they always ready to help and support me in any situation iam in regarding dealing with preparing my property to let, first I met Michael Lee who was so aknowlagible, skilled and professional ,then Zara Murray who was extremely patient ,with good listening and understanding skills, she made the whole difficult and lengthy process of letting goes smooth and less difficult, she worth five stars

Thank you Leaders for our new home! George, Hollie & Rosey were really lovely people to communicate with in getting our tenancy set up. Communication was fantastic and they really allowed for a fast move into our beautiful home in our desired location. There was a lot of reference and paperwork set out, by their third party company which could possibly make it difficult to gain tenancy for those in differing circumstances, but we got through in the end.

Fast, efficient, secure.
Smooth operation.
Finally getting to move into a rental home for my child and I.

I had the most amazing experience in what is a stressful time looking for a new property. Zara was the beautiful young lady that took us round the property. At all times zara was friendly, kind, knowledgeable about the property and made us feel like there is a property out there for us. Despite the property not being appropriate at this time zara was positive and was able to answer any questions or queries we had straight away. I feel I could trust zara she has a lovely disposition and made us feel so relaxed and we found the whole experience with her a positive one the branch is very lucky to have such a bright young lady on the team.

Made a flexible tenancy agreement that work out well for my situation

Very good service and good communication

Very helpful with helping me get sorted highly recommended and will be continuing to rent for many years to come Luke and hollie have been amazing

I don't normally write reviews, however the Team at Leaders St Helens and Zara in particular really do deserve my thanks & well earned recognition.

Here's why. Zara is always responsive and professional no matter how difficult the conversation and she works really hard to produce results. When things aren't right they will get highlighted, which in turn makes me a better landlord. She has the foresight to match the tenant with the accommodation which avoids many issues further down the line.

In summary the team at Leaders St Helens and Zara in particular are amongst the best in the business. Whether you're a Landlord or a tenant looking for accommodation, I'd recommend getting in touch with Zara.

zara was very helpful and easy to deal with all the way though the prosses would highly recommend leaders

I have been into the St Helens branch on many occasions and found the team to be really helpful and have helped me every time.

Really good people and helpful staff, always at the end of the phone for questions if any.

From start to finish Zara has been in communication with us and keeping us updated throughout each process.

Everyone at Leaders made the rental process so easy for us as first time tenants. Zara was brilliant from the initial viewing to handing over the keys and was always on hand to answer any queries along the way. Communication & professionalism was top class throughout and I would highly recommend using Leaders in St Helens.

Stay well clear of this company they close your energy company account and water accounts and if any credit is on the accounts ask for a refund they scam tenants and landlords and have broken the law on multipul occasions

After viewing a property with leaders and being offered the house, we was then assigned a property consultant. Zara was brilliant with us throughout the process. Zara was always at the other end of the phone, was able to answer any enquires and questions we had. From start to finish we had a fabulous experience with leaders and more importantly Zara.

As a landlord, I could not manage without the continued help and support from Leah. She is always there on the end of the phone or answers my emails promptly. She is so helpful in helping to solve any problems we have with the apartment. It is reassuring to know she is there for us. Thank you Leah
