During 3 days there were auto top-ups fm my bankaccount for in total ⬠100,00 for used data.

I did NOT use data in the mentioned days as I was on free WiFi all the time.
Spent more days by means of WhatsApp quarelling with the helpdesk of Lebara.
You have to be móre than patient with this helpdesk.... My examples of respond times:
My last message 14.54 hrs. Helpdesk comes back: 17.55 hrs.
Another day. My last message 12.47 hrs. Helpdesk comes back: 15.27 hrs.
My last message: 16.15 hrs. Helpdesk comes back: 20.01 hrs. writing nothing, helpdesk comes back: 22.16 hrs. writing letÂŽs continue the next day...
Next day: Helpdesk writes: 08.00 hrs. Continue ? I answer: Yes. Answer Helpdesk: 09.15 hrs. It is busy...
Sorry for this long scetch of my "helpdesk" situation, but just to show what a mess it must be there.
Bút the most frustrating is: No solution, no compassion, no nothing at all.
So the charge of ⬠100,00 for data WHICH I 100% DID NÃT USE, will stand........!!!

Edit: After another approx. 5 hours online thru WhatsApp on April 3 ánd 4, Lebara offered a refund of ⬠20. I could not do anything else then to accept, which I did.
Nevertheless I still am a very frustrated and disappointed customer of Lebara.....!

I placed a bonafide order online. Paid for it and then the Sim didn't work.. fault was Lebara Spain but they couldn't resolve the issue
Just told me to not buy online but go to a store and buy a sim. I asked if they would send me a replacement? No.
I spent a day on whatsapp, X and then was given the wrong spanish phone number, to be then given another number. Many minutes of roaming calls just to get my money refunded. Awful. LEBARA should remove their licence as it impacts ths brand

Esto va más rápido para que solucionen problemas, pero lo que me ofrecen aquà es simplemente un robo de tiempo en su máxima expresión.
Solo me han robado el tiempo, tres horas de mi valioso tiempo, eso deberÃa ser castigado. Por eso voy a evitar Lebara, nunca más haré consultas, y escribiré reseñas negativas para advertir a otros del tiempo que me han robado, porque los resultados después de tres horas en WhatsApp son pésimos. Se deberÃa poder activar un número mucho más rápido, para eso no hace falta un agente de servicio, sino solo presionar un botón, normalmente.
