good service , friendly staff .

Update - the final instalment in this sorry saga is that I received an email from the person investigating my complaints to say that I’d ignored their offer of £100 as a goodwill gesture. I received the email offering this amount after that. I was offered an apology for the way they had fallen short in places. I still haven’t received their gesture of goodwill.if you want a firm to act in your best interests, don’t use these.

Having had to complain already to this company, I received a letter from one of the directors offering a host of reasons why they’d been right and I was wrong. Unfortunately, for them, there is evidence to discredit the claims they make. I was asked to respond with so many days. I did so by return but now I find I have no confirmation of receipt of my communications and no response to repeated requests for such confirmation. This entire experience with this company has been something I’d not wish on anyone.

I have used Legal UK service’s on a few occasions. They are very efficient & keep you updated on the progress of your claim. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

Five star for service and communication but the fee you pay them is way high, took more than half company I claimed against settled my balance owing and what was left this company took almost two thirds

Finally that 3 letter embarasssing word (CCJ) is set aside

In 2021 I wanted to buy a property but non of the lenders accepted to offer me a loan despite having a good income. It's until I checked with experian is when I realised that I had a CCJ that I got through car parking ticket that I wasnt aware of.
Luckily I came across Lender & Court Services on Google. I just decided to take a risk and try them but my hopes were very low.
My case was allocated to the amazing Emma Brennan. Emma has been exceptionally fantastic at her job. Her communication skill are on a different level - always keeping me updated. Always available to answer my question or form of help I needed.. I would give 1000 stars if this was possible.

Kept us informed throughout I know they charge a fee but still had money back for there work otherwise I wouldn't have been able to get cause wouldn't know were to start

I am about 18 months into my claim.
I have received little to no contact from these shysters. I have not been updated regarding my case and it would appear despite having all the information legal uk need and statements given they have asked for they have done absolutely nothing to investigate my claim.

It is woeful they advertise a service they are not willing to provide!

Happy with the service and representation I received. Legal Services Uk communicated with me every step of the way, always keeping me upto date with the progress of my case. Only downside is the amount they take for representing you as I think its quite steep, but for a no win no fee service I think its definitely one of the better ones... maybe they should have a policy in place which limits the amount they can take as payment from an individual especially if you have multiple cases with them. People would probably be more likely to use this service if that was the case ... just an Idea 💡
