Il mio ordine è stato evaso prontamente. L'acquisto mi ha soddisfatto perché corrispondente a quanto avevo ordinato. Sono rimasta colpita anche dalla cura nell'imballaggio della merce.

Grosse arnaque 37 euros envolé colis jamais envoyé et maintenant ils me disent que la commande n'a pas été faite chez eux.
Une honte ils n'ont aucun scrupule a fuir et services clients pathétique des voleurs.
Commande faite le 8mars 3mails reçu le jour de la commande et depuis suivi de colis impossible site inaccessible.

Problème de livraison
Bonjour,
Je vous contacte concernant ma commande Numéro #01214332, qui, selon votre système, est indiquée comme livrée.
Cependant, je tiens à préciser que la commande n’a jamais été reçue. Aucun appel ni notification de livraison ne m’a été adressé, et aucune tentative de livraison n’a eu lieu.
Je vous serais reconnaissant de bien vouloir vérifier cette situation dans les plus brefs délais et de m’apporter des explications. Nous attendons cette commande avec impatience.

Le carton est arrivée ouvert, les emballage des produits ( pour ceux qui en avaient un) étaient tout abimé, c'était pour un cadeau donc pour offrir le rendu est vraiment pas chouette... J'ai du me rendre en magasin pour acheter d'autres produits afin de rendre le tout plus présentable, c'est dommage car les produits sont chouette et très apprécié par mes enfants mais je ne passerais plus par le site internet, ce qui est dommage car on ne trouve pas tout les produits en magasin

This company is useless. Ordered an item over a week ago. No mention at checkout that it’ll take 12-13 days. Charged £8.50 for shipping. But on the order confirmation (after payment) this is presented. Assumed this was worst case scenario. Items ordered for a gift 2 weeks in advance of being needed. Item still says „processing” - company refuses to cancel and refund the order. So I’ll end with £50 product I don't need at some point in the future. Complained to customer service. They just refuse to help.
They asked for a review. Here you go guys an honest review of shocking service. Customer lost and recommendation is for others to avoid shopping directly with this company.

- choix du prestataire car GLS France cher et pas fiable sur le lieu d expédition : mécontentement.
- packaging à adapter aux achats (stylos dans un carton..)
- avoir un service client réactif ou ligne téléphonique.

Very fast delivery but unfortunately the items were not packaged well and the box must have gotten hit as the two Easter pens arrived with their ears broken 😞
