Très satisfaite
J’étais craintive au vu des avis mais je souhaitais donner mon avis car je suis entièrement satisfaite de ma première commande faite sur le site.Commande reçue en 4 jours en parfait état,aucun problème avec la livraison,je n’ai vraiment rien à redire et je recommanderai sans hésitation.

Cancelleria per scuola
Ho comprato 20 penne cancellabili con varie teme fattoria mi è successo che era scarica o si è scaricata subito dopo, direi che è da rivedere anche la possibilità di scegliere il colore dei animaletti se uno prende un gatto, cane, etc di avere la possibilità di scegliere il colore ( c'è da dire che si scaricano appena scrivi 3 frasi). Poca scelta sui colori. Se compri la mina apparte magari e verde ma la penna che usi come ricambio e blu/ nero quindi il bambino si deve ricordare che se fuori e nero magari dentro e verde. Il gatto giocattolo Memory con la prima immersione nel acqua ( durante il bagnetto) si e rotto subito. Dalla collezione World la penna multicolori ed il nero era già scarico! La penna nera squish forma pinguino pure quella si è rotta subito. Sono carine come design ma per qualità è scadente. Fisarmonica che suona e fatta meglio rispetto ai inchiostri! Mio figlio è fan Legami ma con me hanno perso una cliente!

Falsche Artikel geliefert
Die Ware wurde recht schnell geliefert, aber leider entsprechen die meisten Artikel nicht meiner gewünschten Bestellung, also nur ein kleiner Teil wurde richtig geliefert.
Ich habe dann legami.com 2 mal geschrieben und bis heute noch keine Antwort erhalten. Das ist sehr ärgerlich, da ich nicht weiss, wie ich jetzt vorgehen soll. Man hat ja nur eine begrenzte Zeit, um die Ware zurückzuschicken.
Die Ware wurde per Paypal bezahlt. Aus diesem Grund schicke ich die Ware nicht einfach zurück, weil ich nicht weiss, ob legami mir die fehlenden Artikel jemals zusenden wird.

I ordered something and it came broken
I ordered something , it came broken, there is no email where i can whrite them to get a refund or a new one, o tried the “legami custumer email” but i never got a answer!!! Very disapointed

Les frais de port sont exorbitants ! Même avec la remise de moins de 50% sur la livraison, les frais de port restent très chers et excessifs ! C’est pour cette raison que je ne commanderai plus rien chez vous !

Livraison à repenser
Les produits sont superbes. En revanche, le service de transport et de livraison par GLS est extrêmement mauvais! Le livreur ne passe pas, ne sonne pas, ment pour ensuite déposer le colis dans un relais de son propre choix : à plus de 20 minutes du domicile de livraison ! A vomir ! Partenariat de livraison à repenser….
