Sehr nett! Tolles Bike!
Ich hatte einen Termin zur Probefahrt des "Limited Edition Jordaan GTS", konnte aber auch die anderen Modelle ausprobieren. Ich habe dann tatsächlich das "Limited Edition Jordaan GTS" Bike gekauft und bin super happy! Die Lieferung war schnell, der Service super! Die Betreuung vor Ort extrem freundlich! Ich bin super happy mit meinem neuen Fahrrad und der gesamten Kaufabwicklung!

Defect accu slot goed verholpen
Helaas was bij de accu van mijn Lekker Amsterdam Urban Ebike het vergrendel palletje dol waardoor de accu niet meer uit het frame kon.
Helaas was de fiets ook nog eens buiten de garantie maar dat weerhield de medewerker Olga van Lekker er niet van om mij uitgebreid te helpen. Ze stuurde mij zelfs een nieuw slot voor het frameslot van de accu want deze zou uitgeboord moeten worden.
Uiteindelijk heeft een kundige monteur van Kwik Fit Nijmegen het zo kunnen repareren dat ik de accu nu weer kan gebruiken en dat de vergrendeling ook werkt.
Super tevreden dus nogmaals dank Olga maar ook zeker Kwik Fit.

Ich liebe alles an diesem Fahrrad. Das Fahrgefühl ist toll. Ich nutze es hauptsächlich für meinen Arbeitsweg. Der Service verdient 100 Sterne. Vom Bestellvorgang bis zur ersten Nachfrage bezüglich des Akkus waren die Mitarbeiter freundlich, hilfsbereit und ich musste nicht lange warten. Wenn ich etwas kritisieren möchte, dann eventuell, dass der Lack bei mir schon etwas gelitten hat - bei leichten Stößen. Aber ich habe mir zur Sicherheit Lack zum Ausbessern bestellt.
Ich empfehle es wirklich immer gerne.

The bike arrived later and damaged
The bike arrived later. It was also damaged at the Front and thread for the pedal was missing. The customer support told me, i would get some new parts. They never arrived at me and they also didn‘t wanted to give me a discount so i sent it back.
It took some while to get the refund.

Hi Marvin,
We respect that you were unhappy with your experience, but we do need to correct several statements in this review because they do not accurately reflect what happened.
First, the bike was not delivered late. Your Amsterdam GTS was delivered on 14 July 2026, while the delivery timeframe communicated for your order was July 2026.
You are correct that the bike arrived with a damaged front fender and an issue with the left crank. We immediately arranged replacement parts. Unfortunately, the first shipment of those parts was delayed by the carrier, which we actively followed up on with the shipping company.
However, your statement that we “didn't want to give a discount” is simply not true.
We offered you €60 in goodwill compensation, as well as replacement parts. When you stated that you did not want to install the parts yourself, we offered you the alternative of returning the bike for a full refund, including the original €68 shipping cost. You chose to return the bike.
The bike was collected on 3 August, and the refund was processed on 26 August. You confirmed to us that same day that the refund had arrived and thanked us for the “always friendly communication.”
We absolutely accept the criticism regarding quality control and agree that the defects should not have occurred in the first place. What we cannot accept, however, is presenting the situation as though we refused to offer compensation and left you with no option other than returning the bike. The written communication in this case clearly shows otherwise.

Ein schönes, klassisches Rad mit Diamantrahmen und solider Technik, welches erst auf dem zweiten Blick als E-Bike zu erkennen ist. Als Cityrad bestens geeignet, als Tourenrad mit dem kleinen Akku und längerer Strecke eingeschränkt.

Tolles Bike. Lieferung war so wie vereinbart und angekündigt. Es waren zwar ein paar Nachjustierungen notwendig (Schutzblech vorne, Radlager vorne und Schloss) und die Bremsscheiben waren leicht ölig, aber dies waren nur Kleinigkeiten.
Die Bafang-App ist zwar buggy, aber diese gehört ja auch nicht zum Lieferumfang.

Great bicycle! I use it a lot and I like it. Climb is more difficult if you want to go faster so special climb mode would be fine but for where I live I don't have much need for it.
