Been riding a Lekker Bikes for two years and very happy with it. In this period there were some minor issues which were solved excellently in their shop in Amsterdam.

The Amsterdam Urban is a winner!
I absolutely love my new Amsterdam Urban ebike from Lekker! The staff were so helpful when I first went to investigate their bike range and I very quickly determined that the Urban was the right fit for me. I'd done a lot of research into e-bikes that were both comfortable but most specifically not too heavy following major shoulder surgery and the Amsterdam Urban gave me everything I was looking for. It's so comfortable and smooth to ride and also looks fantastic! And when I had a small issue with the assistance level button it was very quickly addressed by Jared and his team. I love getting out and about on on my bike now and recommend anyone looking for an e-bike to investigate the Lekker range.

Great but not odd
I really like my leeker bike and I enjoy the rides, but literally within 2 weeks bits were falling off. I was told usually this is part usage wear and tear but since its new that they will fix it, but for a bike at this price that should not happen. Beyond that love it.

Solides Bike, simple Endmontage und gutes Fahrgefühl mit ausreichend elektrischer Leistung. Kontakt per EMail und Unterstützung vom Shop immer zügig und kompetent. Lieferzeiten etwas lang, aber auch dafür wurde eine kulante Lösung gefunden.

Top fiets, aanrader
Als ex-cowboy rijder sta ik versteld van hoe de service is. De fiets werd binnen een week geleverd, volledig gemonteerd en hij gaat als een zonnetje.
Is wel een flinke fiets, dat is wel even wennen maar zou geen andere meer willen hebben.
Ook bij een klein mankement dat me op een zondag opviel had ik binnen 2 uurtjes (op zondag dus) een oplossing en werd het onderdeel opgestuurd.

I am very content with my LekkerBike…
I am very content with my LekkerBike Amsterdam GT. The crew working in the shop are always friendly and willing to help. The take customer service to an hight level. When my warranty of two years expired just over a month and there was a problem with my bike, they were willing to repair my bike within the warranty. Now that's what I call, good customer service!

Amazing bike and easy to put together. Looks great and rides well. When the bike was delivered, the front tire had a puncture, but Lekker arranged to have it replaced at no charge to me.

Well built, reliable eBikes with great service
I’ve had my Lekker e-bike for about 5 years now and it’s still going strong and working well. Whenever I’ve had to get customer service, it has been fantastic - quick and friendly. They also now have a service bike shop in Adelaide (the Treadly Bike Shop), and they were excellent as well. Highly recommended.
