Terrible company they are scammers. I am going through hell with them. I wish I read about them before getting a loan. Stay far away from these people it’s been an absolute nightmare with me. This company needs to be shut down. All of these people that have had bad experiences we should all get together and sue them. Updated: my husband called to offer them a settlement of all the money owed on the original contract and they are ignoring us. Wow like they won’t even take the money we are offering they just want to try and scam me

Don't bother trying to call them been on hold for about 40 mins now.. calling cause finance that motor Sport took a loan out that I didn't approve fully. Was just shopping around anyways now trying to get it cancelled neither company knows where the money is but they expect me to pay for it. Horrible experience. The seller refuses to contact me and they tell me I need to go thru them to cancel a 18k loan I never received. For a vehicle I never recieved. Absolutely fraudulent behavior. You would assume at these interest rates they would at least be helpful or responsive but nope. Predatory loans with predatory service all one nice package. Soon closing out my other two loans with them credit be damned !

This company accepted a loan application from Orogold with fake signatures. They work together with companies to defraud customers and hold people to loans that they were not even aware they were signing. I have an eight page contract from them that I never signed.

Just had dealings with this company, they ask for £25 payment for insurance firstly and then promised you full amount of loan. They then keep you hanging on phone for 5 mins and come back and ask for another £150 because you have bad credit. Don't pay this and report to bank as a scam. Block your card straight away and ask for new one off bank

I would never recommend this company to anyone as dealer breeze Financial messed up on bill of sale and neither lender or dealer wanna fix it so I'm paying more for the atv then I should be.

had a balliff try to repo my van I've owned it in my name for 2 years ,there is a lien on it but when I bought it was a quebec ownership it was transferred from lien holder in Ontario to quebec ,licence bureau never said anything so how do I know it had a lien called them 3 times and emailed 2 times no response they say I owe 18000 on a 1500$ van I have nothing to do with this company ,van is moved to a secure space I can't use it for work losing 500 to 1500 a day these guys are clowns

This company is a scam. Every effort to talk to them proved abortive. I don't owe them money; I have paid them off. They keep removing money from my account till I keep having NSF. Negative balance in my account. I want them to refund my money and stop deducting my money. I am tired of this on and off.

This company was bought out by EasyFinancial. They are a bunch of criminals. Absolutely no notice of the buyout. No letters sent out or emails. I found out by going on their website. Couldn’t make online banking payments thru my account. Even though they are listed in the Payee section, the account numbers don’t work. Stay away from these douchebags. There is a special place in hell for these people at Lendcare and EasyFinancial.

One of the most devious lender in Canada. Lies to get you to buy in making it sound positive. Over a year later and nothing but avoidance and lies. Each time I ask to speak to a supervisor or manage I am told there is none available. Never do business with this company ever. They will screw you over

Using lendcare for a car loan… the incompetence of this company shows how low the standards are to get a job with them. It’s like they follow DEI. They messed up the banking info in their system, so they didn’t get their money. When they finally sorted it all out and realized they are the ones who screwed up and clearly can’t double check their work or copy a few numbers down correctly. I asked how they will compensate me for this mess, the girl says “we won’t charge you late fees” FOR THEIR OWN SCREW UP 🤣 sorry you were still going to charge me a late fee even though your employee couldn’t copy my banking info into your system correctly?

Today is easter monday. I have gotten 6 or more phone calls and when i answer they hang up. They tried to debit money from a different bank account which put me in negative and they wont fix it. This company is criminal and harrasing. Next step is lawsuit

I just wanted to say for being a client of Lendcare they have the worst customer service. I have a few loans with them and it took over 4 months to give me answer for a loan increase. I guess that how they take care of loyal customers that have a loan with them have also had previous loans that they paid off in full also. I would not recommend anyone looking for a loan to use them at all unless you want to not get any calls back or wait months for an answer.

Like many others, I would give Lencare negative stars if I could. I obtained a car loan through Canada Drives with them two years ago. At the time, I had just bought a house and faced several recent expenses that lowered my credit score to about 680, making it difficult to qualify for a better lender. Knowing I would pay off the car in about two years, I accepted an interest rate of around 15%, which wasn't ideal, but I needed a car quickly.

Fast forward to now—more than two years later—after no late payments and a perfect track record with them. I decided to pay off the remaining loan balance of $21,761. After waiting 48 hours for the payment to post, I contacted them to confirm receipt.

The customer service representative simply asked for proof of payment from my bank. I sent a screenshot of my account, but she replied that it was insufficient and that it could take five days for the payment to post automatically. When I inquired about ensuring the next automatic payment wouldn’t be deducted since the loan was paid off, I was told that this wasn’t possible. They claimed they would refund me for any overpayment once the payment posted.

Now, it's been seven days since the payment, and they still can't trace it. I asked if they had internal procedures to find where the money went (my bank assured me they sent the payment to the correct company with the right account number), but they insisted it was my responsibility to prove that I paid.

This company is a joke—stay away!

I called and paid with my visa card yesterday and now these losers went and took it out again now leaving me with the nsf! When I asked Bailey she says I have to get the bank to give me a letter so she can try to fix it. It wasn't my fault!!!! Then she's supposed to send her email for me to give the bank and all day I'll calling and she is lying and saying she sent it. I have to take time out my day dealing with lots of things and she give me the run around all day. Still was oh no help. They take a lot of money from me every month and now they giving me all this run around for my nsf. Guys please please DON'T ever use this company for loans or anything you will regret it. It's the worst I've ever had to deal with.!!

Worst experience with a lender I have ever had. Absolutely disgusting company who loves to rip people off, will change monthly payment at any time and help themselves to your bank account at any time. Then try to legally threaten you if you question them or stop paying till I get an answer. NEVER GO THERE!!!!

Would put 0 stars if I could. They have been stealing my money for over 2 years now and always blame their computers glintching, legit heard this excuse from at least 4 diff workers. They take money out on wrong dates, and the people have no clue what they are doing its so obvious. Do not use this company, I hate them. Have costed me countless nsf fees due to taking my mkney when they arnt supposed to. Have been trying to contact them with no response, even tho I was told I'd be contacted lol like this company is such a joke idk how they are still legally running.....is there a lawyer out there reading this that can help us people get away from these people cause we're locked in with a company that does not fallow therre contract and steals from their customers with nothing ever done about it other then blaming everyone els in the world but them. Ugh hate them so god damn much.

The worst company around people stay away they have no clue what they are doing pretty soon I will charge them for harassment ,I have plenty of emails to prove it,If I ran a company like these clowns I would be out of business.

absolutely horrible. ive been with them for just over 2 years. theyve raised my payments to ridiculous amounts and their customer service is appalling. they will argue with you and offer absolutely no recourse. cant speak to supervisors or managers directly. HORRIBLE LENDCARE NO RECOURSE NO ACCOUNTABILITY WORST EXPERIENCE AND I AM TRAPPED

Scam company!
They setup my trailer loan on the wrong day and it bounced, once it bounced they raised it by 10%.

Who said he could lower my rate to the 14.9 that was originally signed on if I ONLY bought all of these additional insurance. Once I said no to any additional he said he cannot help and was disgustingly rude. This company is a SCAM.

Sleasy, greasy and gross scam! Beware! Do not use!

If I could put 0 stars and still write a review I would. This is a terrible company, got a 2019 Chevy Malibu LT with 85,000 km on it. Should only be worth around 14,000… they are charging 36,000 for it PLUS a 45% interest rate… which puts the car to 70,000 …. They harass me and my friend even after we make payments (5/6 calls a day each) about payments. They threatened me when I couldn’t afford $1000 a month anymore. I had 3 jobs when I got the vehicle im not down to 1 part time job thanks to covid.
The worst customer service EVER. I’ve done a volunteer repossession, it’s been 2 weeks, the vehicle has no plates and is about to be impounded and Lendcare is blaming me, belittling me, threatening me, and still hasn’t picked up the car. I should not have to harass them to come pick up a car for 2 weeks. They want money from you and they harass you, the moment you need them to do something, it’s impossible to get a hold of them and get someone who actually will do something.
