At first
At first, I had every reason to believe this platform was dependable. The registration process was efficient, the website looked professional, and the account dashboard was well organized. Everything during the early stages gave the impression that the company operated in a transparent and structured manner. My initial transactions were reflected accurately, and whenever I contacted customer support, I received courteous replies within a reasonable amount of time. Those experiences made me feel comfortable continuing to use the platform.
The situation changed once I decided to make my first withdrawal. Rather than receiving a standard confirmation that the payment was being processed, I was informed that my account required an additional verification review before the request could proceed. Although I had already completed identity verification when opening my account, I provided the requested information because it was explained as part of the platform's security procedures.
After that review was completed, I expected the withdrawal to be finalized shortly afterward. Instead, I received another update explaining that the request had entered an internal assessment stage. A few days later, I was notified that an administrative processing charge needed to be paid before the withdrawal could continue. Once that payment had been made, I assumed the remaining process would be straightforward. Unfortunately, the estimated processing date passed without any transfer being completed.
From that point onward, the withdrawal process became increasingly frustrating because new conditions continued to appear. One message referred to compliance verification, another mentioned operational processing, while later updates referred to internal authorization procedures that still had to be completed. Although customer support remained polite and continued responding to my inquiries, the information provided rarely answered my main concernâwhen I would actually receive my funds. Every completed requirement seemed to be replaced by another unexpected step, making it difficult to understand how close the process was to completion.
* **After spending a significant amount of time trying to resolve the matter directly with the platform, I decided to seek assistance from ᎠɪɎððŠð© while my withdrawal was still pending. Their guidance helped me organize the necessary documentation, better understand the sequence of requests I was receiving, and communicate more effectively throughout the process. Having experienced support made the situation much easier to manage as the withdrawal procedure became increasingly complicated.**
* Even then, further delays followed. Additional explanations referred to regulatory reviews, operational checks, and final internal approvals that still needed to be completed before the payment could be released. Although I responded promptly whenever new information was requested, there was still no clear indication of when the withdrawal would actually be processed.
- **Eventually, after a considerably longer wait than I had expected, the matter was successfully resolved with the assistance of ᎠɪɎððŠð©, allowing me to recover my funds. While I was pleased that the issue ultimately reached a positive conclusion, the overall experience was far more complicated than I had anticipated when I first joined the platform.**
Looking back, I learned that an investment platform may appear highly professional during the registration and deposit stages, yet the withdrawal process can be very different. In my experience, what started as a smooth and reassuring service gradually turned into a lengthy sequence of additional verifications, processing charges, internal assessments, operational requirements, and repeated delays that made accessing my own money increasingly uncertain. My advice is to carefully examine a platform's withdrawal procedures, understand all possible requirements in advance, and conduct independent research before making any financial commitment.
Traumatic experience
Traumatic experience â customers should be extremely cautious.
My experience with LendCare has been extremely stressful and traumatic. I was signed up for financing through a merchant for services that I did not authorize and never received. The merchant later closed its business, leaving me responsible for a financial agreement connected to services that were not provided.
I immediately disputed the charges, provided supporting documentation, and reported the matter. The situation is also part of a police investigation. Despite this, I have continued to deal with the stress of resolving a financing agreement for services I never used.
I expected LendCare to provide stronger support and protection for customers facing situations involving unauthorized financing, closed businesses, and unresolved disputes.
I strongly encourage anyone considering financing to carefully review all agreements, ask questions, and make sure they fully understand what they are authorizing before signing anything.
No customer should have to experience the financial and emotional stress of fighting charges for services they never received.
Someone help me please
This is the worst company. How is this possible they can rip you off and get away with it. They are constantly going into my account and taking money, they are forcing me to pay some additional insurance, then when you get them on the phone they talk to you like youâre garbage. How is this legal? They are taking everything I have. I need to find a lawyer. Someone please help me. They broke the contract and raised my interest rate. I am drowning here and they are holding my head under water. Help please ð

Never borrow from LendCare. Once the loan is approved and the money is paid out, they seem to stop caring about the customer. If something goes wrong with the product, don't expect much help. They simply tell you to contact the company that sold you the item.
In my case, the seller no longer wanted to honor the warranty or assist me, and LendCare offered no support or solutions. You're basically left stuck paying for a product you can't properly use.
Very disappointing experience. Customer service should not end once the financing is completed.

Deceptive Practices & Credit DamageBeâŠ
Deceptive Practices & Credit DamageBe warned: LendCare Capital Inc. financed a hidden, separate ancillary insurance policy without my clear consent or transparent disclosure. When I discovered it and tried to cancel, they flagrantly refused to honor a legal Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) revocation submitted via email, choosing instead to intentionally bounce unauthorized withdrawal attempts and rack up multiple punitive $75 NSF fees on an entirely closed bank account.
Worse yet, while I was actively engaged in a formal dispute process with them through the Better Business Bureau from December 2025 to May 2026, LendCare explicitly lied to their third-party collection agency (Total Credit Recovery), falsely claiming that "no dispute existed" and that the BBB case was unrelated to the account.
Because of this deliberate misrepresentation, they escalated aggressive collection actions and threatened that they would ruin my credit until the balance was paid. They have since weaponized the credit bureaus by reporting 10+ missed payments, causing severe, ongoing damage to my credit standing. Even though they ultimately backed down and issued a closure letter dropping the debt, the illegal PAD non-compliance and malicious credit bureau reporting require full regulatory accountability. Avoid this predatory company at all costs.
Would give them zero if possible
Would give them zero if possible. They have been taking money out of my account for a car I do not own for over 3 years! They send phony emails with apologies then continue to steal money. I had to get a lawyer and change my bank because of this. They owe me. The lawsuit is the only way to stop these thieves!
Just unfortunate l got myself to blame
Just unfortunate l got myself to blame. 1. I was scammed by a Company call Leaffilter Gutter Protection Calgary. This Company is a Scam Company and do business with Lendcare.
My Bank CIBC remortgage my home and paid out Lendcare. Lendcare were not happy, they fraudulently reported a new fake report to TransUnion that they installed a new facia on my house. ( How corrupt and scamming is that)
I disputed to TransUnion, held on for 30 days only to talk about my Credit Card with Walmart which has nothing to do with my dispute. They went further to report a miss payment on my Credit Report which brought my score from 680 to 610.
Today I checked my Credit Report and Lendcare has 0 Balance but with 3 miss payments unreal. Just to destroy my credit but my God knows best and their KARMA will be fall them.
PLEASE TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY, DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH LENDCARE. Thank you.
This company is disgusting
This company is disgusting. After paying my loan in full I noticed they took a payment. I called them and they said that I have some "extra fees" to pay and they have the right to go in and extract funds from my account based on my contract. I asked if there are any other "fees" owing and they said yes so I paid the balance in full. I woke up this morning to another large debit in my account. I called them and they said they will reimburse it but it takes 3 business days for a manager to review it and 7 business days to be reimbursed. Please do not give this company your banking details. They debit your account whenever they feel like it... For however much they feel like taking.
Lendcare and there right to rip everyone off.
This company will take everything you have ever worked for and not even bat an eye. As it stands now I have a car worth 10000. I owe like 30g not even including interest. Then they scam me even more with gap insurance. My god how is this legal. Biggest mistake I have ever made.

When I called I was transferred 5 times no one could figure out why Iâm getting these emails. And they wanted me to send another payment because they didnât know where the first payment went.
This company is the worst to deal with
This company is the worst to deal with. Purchased a car with them and then wanted to upgrade with a different company and the warranty was not transferred over with the first vehicle, so I had to pay 8700.00 for a warranty and a car I didn't own anymore. They are relentless. Calling, texting and emailing me several times a day for a late payment while I am try to this whole mess sorted out. They would take a week to respond to an email. I have never been treated this poorly by any company. Whatever you do, DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM LENCARE!!!! They are savages and blood sucking leeches. There was so much more tot the story. I never did get a call back form the supervisor.
