Letang Auto Electrical LTD レビュー

Provided what I wanted.

Item good, delivered to wrong location, next door.

Great product at a good price. Will use again

Dan fixed my diesel heater on very short notice and didn't charge any extra fee. Within 15 minutes he found the issue (air bubbles in the pipe that feeds the pump with diesel + pump is getting old) and sorted it too. He clearly takes pride in his expertise. He took time to explain it to me what went wrong and how he fixed it. I couldn't recommend this service highly enough! Professional, passionate and compassionate.

Delivered on time with a very professional courier

My order languished

Spot on very quick response

Dan and the team where helpful from start to finish, we are very pleased with our bike rack and swingout bar.

Efficient service and competitive pricing

I wanted the part urgently as I was travelling to the campsite for the next 4 days and I called the technical advice first who said he would approve and get it out to me the next day. This was about 13:00. It arrived at my campsite 09:00 the next day.

Excellent service with great back up helping you solve a problem

Great communication, competatively priced & delivered in the time they said they would be.
Keep up the brilliant work!

Thank you.

Great service. Friendly, can-do communication. Product was cheapest around and rapid delivery. Couldn’t ask for more !

Excellent price and well packaged, I would highly recommend and definitely use them again.

I was kept updates by email and telephone calls with expected delivery date. My parcel was really well packaged and arrived as expected.

Sent wrong part over a week late (dispute marking it as shipped, hadn't actually shipped it) sent wrong part. Ignored returns request emails and calls. Part was for my mothers motor, she threatened to open visa charge back and a member of staff was very rude. Called me as my number was entered in email. Then the real craziness started: Woman called me telling me there was a 20% restocking fee (they sent the wrong part) I called her a donut.....literally that's it. A male then called me calling me all kinds of stuff amd threatened with "I know where your mum lives". I recorded some of this on a second phone and the proceeding phone calls from the same male on his "private number"
They need to sack this guy. Ridiculous

Genuine Berker parts at a good price. Slight delay in delivery but good communication from Dan and Sharon.
Would buy from this company again.

Product description was accurate, the price was competitive, the delivery was on time.
The company was easy to deal with, would definitely use them again.
All in all a pleasant experience
