He helped to get the property on the market for rental and then assist with sourcing a tenant. I would have no hesitation in using his service again. All achieved with a very quick turnaround too. I recently moved from Hong Kong and this was my very first time renting through an estate agent in the UK. Shakil made the whole process so much easier than I expected. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions quickly, and gave me peace of mind even though I hadn’t yet arrived in the country. Thanks to his help, I managed to secure my apartment before I moved over.

What impressed me even more was the aftercare. Last month, I had an issue with the water boiler. I let Shakil know and he immediately arranged for an electrician to come out and fix it. The quick response really showed how much he cares about his clients, even after the contract is signed.
