All round very poor Avoid!
My letpot Max arrived damaged due to their extremely poor packaging and was missing the nutrient food. I emailed them with pictures and I am still waiting for a reply. Their customer service is terrible and their understanding of English is well below par. I had to ask them the same question 3 times and still didn't get the answer I was looking for on a query before I purchased from them.
I should have purchased from West Kent Hydroponics who are the original designers of this type of system as the copy I purchased is just Chinese junk.

I purchased this system 6 months ago…
1. Six months ago, I bought this system and it functioned properly for three months. However, when I attempted to power it on to cultivate more seeds, it failed to turn on. I contacted LetPot's service department for assistance, but they were unhelpful. Their 12-month warranty proved to be useless, and their customer service is only available between 5 am and 12 noon in our time zone. I am extremely dissatisfied with this $260.00 product, considering it to be a worthless piece of garbage. I advise against wasting your time and money on it, as there are numerous other systems available that are both cheaper and more efficient.

Disappointing products
The products shipped are different to the ones advertised and their sponge pods are 30% smaller allowing light in for algae to grow, their customer service claims they are fine, and their review ratings don't display less than positive reviews. Total sham.
