I had issues with battery connectivity to the internet. Kieran and Dan were very helpful. They were patient throughout in allowing me get help with the technical parts of the issue. Everything was resolved to my satisfaction.

I had an excellent experience with this company. The engineers are highly skilled, experienced, and extremely professional. They approached the job with great attention to detail and clearly knew exactly what they were doing.
What really stood out to me was how polite and respectful they were throughout the entire process. They worked efficiently and followed up quickly to ensure everything was completed to a high standard.
Even after the repair was finished, they continued to monitor and check that everything was working perfectly, which shows their real commitment to customer satisfaction.
I truly appreciate their dedication and outstanding service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and expert engineers.

I had been left high and dry by the last Companyor a couple of years. Levelise sent a very nice man out who fixed my problem straight away and I'm back working .

Help was available when I needed it

When I rang to ask for help, it was immediately dealt with. When the Technician turned up he solved the problem and gave me guidance quickly and understandably. Good job all round.

Levelise - Great Customer Service

Levelise informed me that there was a problem with my battery. They took the issue away, contacted the manufacturer and obtained a replacement. Not only a replacement but an upgrade from a 3 to a 5.8kWh battery. Kieran supported the the necessary firmware update that was required. Kierans timely and professional approach soon had everything up and working. Thank you.

Good service

Legalise were good. As I am not good with technology . They tried to talk me through reset up but couldn't get into cupboard and talk at same time they sent engineer round who soon soon sorted it.
Only down fall was having to wait 2 weeks for visit.
On the whole am very pleased with
Levelise. All up and running

Found that fact annoying, plus, why did I have to inform levelise about a problem when they are supposed to be monitoring my system? Kieran gets 5 stars but levelise only 3

Help correcting the system

I was told by Kieran that a clamp had been left off after the smart meter was installed by British Gas. With emails & photos I was able to correct it without needing a visit.
