I ordered a balloon dog lamp in March 2026 and you guessed it, I have heard nothing and received nothing.
I have been patiently waiting and checking my order which has not changed and still says processing.....after almost 5 months.
when will I receive it??????

Lexon is very dependable both in quality and also customer service. I have two of their balloon dogs and am more than happy with them. No worries with this business. May take some time to arrive due to production but well worth the wait!!

So already 10 days ago !!!!!
And 8 working days !!!!

GLS Trackinfo : my parcel is "en route" meaning has not even arrived in Holland, still abroad (France)

I will let other potential buyers know via Google , Facebook, Trustpilot etc the following :

WATCH OUT DANGER DANGER !!!
NEVER, NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

I don't care if you or GLS are to blame, but you as the Supplier are the first responsible !
But Lexon doedn't take customers/ complaints serious.
I asked for a money return, but Lexon Customer "Service" ignored my request completely !!

Very , extremely angry, is NOT the way to do business and treat customers

Could you please provide us with the complete/correct address so we can deliver the shipment to you as soon as possible?

I REACTED SAME DAY -6 AUG- AND EXPLAINED MY ADDRESS WAS NR 152 WITH ADDITION 06 , BEING AN APPARTMENT. MY ADDRESS NR THEREFORE WAS 100% CORRECT & NEVER WAS AN ISSUE FOR OTHERS , EG DHL , UPS , POSTNL ETC.

GLS WRITES FURTHER :
If you respond immediately the parcel can be delivered to the correct address the next business day. If we do not hear from you we will contact the sender, the delay may increase.

I recently bought the Flip Alarm Clock, because i was looking for a clock that could be charged by cable instead of depending on batteries. It arrived well in a small and pretty carton wrapping, complete with cable and a manual. Getting the clock setting done caused me quite a headache, because not only the manual is in a 6pt small print that needed me to search for a magnifying glass, but the information was confusing to me. Actually, i could not get it working and had to contact customer support. They were incredibly responsive, friendly and patient, and in very short time we got the problem solved and now the clock is working as supposed! These 5 starts are especially due to this extraordinary experience with the customer service - and well, the clock of course is very nice. If i could rate the manual extra, i would give it a few stars less ;-) but let's hope it gets updated one day :-) this would make everything perfect.

I paid $170.00 for a wall air conditioner that took about a month to receive and when I received it, it was tiny and cheaply made! I requested a reimbursement and never got an email back! Do not order from them unless you want product that looks like it came from Temu

My grandmother grew up buying Lennox, we would always catch the sales and then have the nice stuff placed in a glass cabinet for show. i’m not as extreme but when I come across Lennox, I always stop and look and have to purchase one thing. when I saw the dog lamp and the dog speaker I knew I just had to have it, but unfortunately it was so expensive for me. I’ll probably have to wait and pay triple the price on eBay when I have the money.

Great after care service from Lexon and swift delivery. Oh and the ray clock is awesome 🙌

I still have not received the speaker or lamp for the balloon dog. I keep getting told that it won't be ready to ship until July. When asked when, I then got another response from Paul saying now it will be late August. This is so disappointing considering with ordered it for a bday gift. Im losing confidence that this is even legit.

This review concerns the Flip Classic LR157. However, given the fundamental nature of its failing, it has destroyed my confidence in Lexon alarm clocks generally.

I bought this product because I wanted a dedicated alarm clock without having to resort to a smartphone screen. Its design, materials and overall feel are excellent—but that is ultimately just appearance. I initially loved it so much that I even took it abroad with me to a festival. I then slept through its alarm and missed the main bands of the day because of the following fundamental flaw:

The Flip Classic’s alarm stops automatically after approximately two minutes if you do not wake up. It does not repeat automatically, and neither the ringing duration nor the volume can be adjusted. Snooze works only if you wake sufficiently to touch the clock. I discovered this only after the product had already caused me to miss important events.

This essential limitation was not made sufficiently clear before purchase. A device sold principally as an alarm clock should not simply fall silent after two minutes and leave its user asleep. I would not recommend relying on it.

You pay a premium price for a deliberately minimalist device. Limited functionality is not inherently a problem—but failure in the product’s one essential function is irredeemable.

Great design, excellent appearance, and a complete failure in its fundamental reason for existing.

P.S. I am done with Lexon. I had been seriously considering the Lexon Mina Sunrise because of its attractive design, but I cannot find confirmation that it does not suffer from the same fundamental problem.

Kapot kan het altijd gaan, maar dan?
Heb een Tykho 3 gekregen die na weinig gebruik defect was.
Na contact gezocht te hebben met Lexon en wat mails kreeg ik het bericht dat de Tykho 3 vervangen zou worden.
Erg blij mee en een super service met de hoofdletter S!!!

La bonne surprise du Balloon Dog de Lexon.
On sait par avance que Jeff Koons est un artiste maladivement attentif aux moindre détails. Le partenariat avec The Broad rajoutait un niveau d’exigence complémentaire et donc une pression supplémentaire pour les artisans du projet.
Le résultat est absolument bluffant, ludique à souhait, simple d’utilisation et d’une qualité de finition irréprochable. En juin, j’étais « défait » quand le Balloon Dog ne fonctionnait plus. Très vite on m’a indiqué une manipulation de réinitialisation très simple. Je ne compte plus celles et ceux qui après l’avoir vu chez nous ont tenté de l’acheter et parfois y sont parvenus.

Super marque de désign à des prix accessibles. La livraison est fiable et rapide, le réveil Flip est vraiment génial pour les parents comme pour les enfants!!

Excellente communication et service après-vente au top ! À la réception de mon réveil FLIP Classic x Pantone, j'ai constaté un léger problème technique. L'équipe de Lexon a été très réactive, à l'écoute et a trouvé une solution rapidement. Je peux désormais profiter pleinement de ce réveil au superbe design, aussi pratique qu'élégant. Merci encore pour votre efficacité !
