Very friendly and helpful. Explained to me in simple detail on what I should do once I received the will. Then explained to me how to make changes to the will.

I have found dealing with this company for getting my will written good and they have delivered what was promised, The level of customer service has been of a good quality, I have had queries dealt with quickly and professionally and had a positive experience with the staff who I have dealt with.

My experience with Libertas wills was a easy one, I was completely happy with the will I received and I also like the fact they call you to make sure the details are right and whether your happy with it or not, extremely polite customer service also so a big thumbs up from me.
