verkeerde levering
verkeerde levering. ik had een engelse versie besteld zoals op de site en heb een italiaanse versie gekregen. Doordat de levering vertraging had ( wegens een beschadigde levering van hun leverancier volgen hun ), had ik onvoldoende tijd om deze terug te sturen want de factuur datum is van toepassing voor het terug sturen en niet de lever datum. Nu moet ik evengoed op zoek naar een engelse versie van het boek en weer kosten!

Damaged book
Everything was fine but the packaging of the books. They were only put in a carton box with no extra wrapping, and so when the box got damaged it also damaged one of the books.

No clear dates of delivery, you have to pay first
There should be clear set delivery dates even before placing the order. I paid and waited for more than a week to receive an answer about delivery date which took another two weeks. really unacceptable.
