Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever! I ordered 4 books for my kids for school, I ve checked their website and it was clearly written,,in stock’’ 3-4 days delivery time.
After 3-4 days I received an email saying,,now we received your items and se shipnit to you🤭. Few days later I checked their awb and my books were in Czech Republic (nothing to do with Belgium website, 4 days after the awb indicates same place, at the end around 12-14 days after I received the package, imagine saying to the teacher every day ,,we still don’t have the books’’

Very nice collection of books in Italian for our kids to read to in the evening! The delivery time was ok (it took about two weeks for the books to arrive at our home). The website might benefit from some additional filters to look for books based on age, theme, etc… Overall, would recommend!

Everything went smoothly, except that one of the books I ordered turned out to be unavailable within the proposed timeframe. However, the communication with the Libristo team was clear and professional.

Une bonne expérience, des prix intéressants, MAIS :
_ il faut impérativement mettre un compte bancaire en Europe !!! Le paiement par virement craint, avec le taux de change et le temps d'exécution, ça le fait pas ! Et on risque de vous demander une petite allonge .
(Suite à un problème ailleurs, je n'autorise plus les payements par carte hors UE)
_ rien à dire sur le service client, réactif par mail et efficace, le solde du trop versé m'a été rendu automatiquement 👌

envois en colis n'est pas optimal
Malheureusement, l’envoi en colis n’était pas optimal : le livre présente des bosses, ce qui nuit à une si belle édition, ainsi qu’à sa présentation dans ma bibliothèque. Après tout, c’est une publication dont on peut être fier, et qui a une valeur durable. Mais en raison de ces légers dommages, sa valeur en est tout de même quelque peu diminuée.
