Select quote representatives stayed in touch with me through the process and constantly updated me status of application

Can never get ahold of anyone. When I do it’s a different person. I get different answers about policy. Not sure if I’m covered or not or who the beneficiaries are. Ridiculous

The agents I spoke with were always friendly and helpful. I was clear what was happening at every step of the process and landed on a very competitively priced policy which suited my needs.

The first time I got life insurance with this company was better than this time. The main person that handle my policy through out the 2 months experience wasn’t that good her connection skills and interpersonal skills need to improve.

That last lady who helped me close the policy was great she took care of business

Mind you I’m a repeat customer. Next time I might use a different company.

The experience was fine. I wasnt sure I had been approved for a few days after signing up and not sure who I was supposed to have for an agent. But as long as I'm covered is all I was concerned about.

Have utilized Select Quote for years for term life insurance. Would recommend highly.

Working with select quote was SO easy. They quickly found an insurance policy that met my needs and kept me informed throughout the entire underwriting process. They offered support and assistance. When I did reach out to my select quote representative, she was very quick to respond and reassured me to trust the process.

It took 5 months to get my policy in force and I had to send medical records several times. Gave 3 stars because I did get my policy issued at preferred rates and very competitive. Thks

The rate l was quoted seemed reasonable. The staff was nice and polite. There were numerous health questions which l understand. The problem l had with the questions was they were very repetitive. My total phone time was 112 minutes which seems too long. I would recommend Select Quote to others.

Easy process. Well explained throughout start to finish.
