This time, the process wes a lot faster and easier than before.

Extremely pleasant experience, painless and quick and spoke to a real person who wasn't reading from a script!!
I was with SBLI for the past 40 years and they can't compete with pricing and especially the customer service I received. They saved me a lots of money!

Very easy to deal with and the customer service is top notch and the pricing is very good and not having to get blood work made it that much better

It was fast, agents were always available to answer questions, they assisted me in securing what I wanted for the price I wanted to pay, from a reputable company.

All the people we talked to from beginning to end were so nice and helpful and explained everything that I could understand.

Very simple process and Keith was fantastic.

I don’t like to continuing sales pitch for more coverage and other products

the initial comuniacation was great, after that it was not. It took forever to get a quote, and then when I finally did it took forever to get someone to tell me what if I was going to be acepted. the experience was not easy... then after I finally set it up with payment, there was no notification when it would begin, now I am paying for 2 different insurance coverages for the next month.
I received phone call from a person named Julie yesterday, asking if I had any questions and to thank me for choosing selectquote. then proceeded to ask if I was interested in financial planning, I said no and she continued to speak ...blah blah blah over me, not taking NO for an answer.... very bad.... NO MEANS NO the first time it is said. she kept talking over me so I HUNG UP.
