We had a new Lit Fibre line installed a couple of years ago when they were new to the area and offering good deals to sign up. I was expecting the price to hit the roof on renewal and was prepared to switch providers when the contract ended. However, I was pleasantly surprised at the competitive price for renewal so I've just signed up for another 2 year deal.

Broadband itself very consistent and reliable. Some emails however go unanswered but on the whole pretty good.

Lit has THE BEST customer service of any provider for services I use. One email and normally anything is sorted out immediately. Always respond the same day, which is amazing. Been a customer for years now and always happy with the service. Well done to the staff for looking after their customers so well.

The agent (Nick) I spoke to was very friendly and helpful, and everything from start (pressing the first digit of the phone number) to finish took less than six minutes which lets face it is fantastic, other companies you can make a coffee and a snack before you get off hold for the first time.
He was able to deal with my questions and sort out a new contract and inform me about the portal access all in that time, without feeling rushed. As with every time I have needed to contact Lit over the past two years, which have been very few as there haven't been any problems, it was quick, friendly and everything resolved in one call.
Other larger companies could learn a lot.
