Excellent coverage and strength. Very excellent customer service.

Previously wrote a one star review because our first installation experience was terrible .Apparently Somehow the fibre cable between the big green box and the house had been damaged .Only discovered on the day .Said they would fix that day but never did .Why cant they check that BEFORE the installation?Clearing the damage and rebooking took a month . Second attempt at installation was another circus . I watched over them like a hawk .Received a text at 8.07am saying installers were at the premises but one might not be able to see them as they might be out on the street doing tasks .I I checked ...no ! Two vans turned up at 8.43am ...asked where they had been and they said "oh,traffic was busy ,only just arrived " What ? So first text was a lie ."dont understand why that was sent " they said . Started ... later they discovered that there were eight cables from the box to an inspection hole and eight from there to eight premises but no markings as to which was which !.ok ..trial and error to find which was which .Start blowing the fibre down the ducts one by one and then generator for air blast ran out of diesel ! They had to go off in van with can to find a fuel station .Four blokes standing around waiting ! .Eventually got it sorted but 5 blokes for nearly two hours .?The actual house connection was fine but nearly two months from first order to connection .
Now i got a text saying please review ....it was from cityfibre AND litfibre joint together .If you see my other review i said they were sister companies [only because that is exactly what i was told by Litfibre customer service agent ] The response from Litfibre on this review site denies it .the text i received today exactly contradicts that .

Promised FTTP connection and booked engineer to install, then discovered that they could not supply yet due to absence of cabling infrastructure. Despite being on High Street in town, LitFibre in unable to give an anticipated date

My services went live today and so far been brilliant! I already had my ONT installed from my previous ISP who were Vodafone and I’m so glad I was able to leave them! Few teething problems setting up the equipment but that got sorted. So glad I’ve joined Lit and the app is great. Also have to mention the lovely lady Nadia who I placed an order with was outstanding and answered all my questions and queries and nothing was too much for her! Definitely recommended

Lit has real people customers can talk to .The team listen. They are polite and courteous . They are also knowledgeable. If something goes wrong Lit fix it.
Having been with Lit for 3 years have now renewed for a further 2 .

Since I switched to Lit Fibre two years ago, I haven't experienced any unexpected outages or drops in network performance. On the two times I contacted their support line, they quickly resolved the issues I was facing (both caused by me) within just a few minutes. The support team is clearly very knowledgeable and handled my concerns professionally. Today, I renewed my contract for another two years, and the process was straightforward and fast. The call lasted less than 11 minutes, and I am very satisfied with my new package. I would definitely recommend Lit Fibre to anyone who can use their service.

Really easy on boarding processes, Iro was helpful and informative and I’ve got a great deal, compared to my existing prover. This switch over service was explained really well and it was great to be able to get any questions I had answered clearly.

The man on the phone helped me choose which service was best for me, the installation communication was spot on, the router is amazing - WiFi everywhere! I even asked the support team to change my direct debit date which they did. Would not hesitate to reccomend.
