Patient and immediately understanding of my query
The gentleman was attentive and was patient with me as I explained my query. He was able to immediately answer my query and made me aware of the process of a rolling contract and best of all, was able to offer me a contract that better suited my requirements. The change of contract, cost and payment date was checked with me and I felt complete satisfaction following the highly professional intersction

Got to talk to a human being quickly. Fair and honest.
4/5 as would have liked a reminder earlier of contract ending and price going up. Clever marketing in getting £7 (35%) increase and offering faster speed to help justify. I will be checking my improved speeds. But overall, Good job Lit fibre!

I had internet connection problems
I had internet connection problems. I spoke to a very charming young man called Vlad from customer services and he was very helpful. He was very methodical and patient, he walked me through the steps to take to rectify the problem. It didn't take too long for the problem to be resolved.

Over Charging
I have only given 2 stars because I threatened to leave and they offered me the same package I am on now at £9 a month cheaper. This means to me that I have been paying £9 per month more than I should have been paying.

Hello John, we understand it might feel like you’ve been overpaying, but it was all in line with your original contract terms. You signed up to a fixed contract at the price available at the time, and as with most services, offers can change over time. Out of goodwill, the agent let you renew early on the newer, cheaper deal so you could start saving right away rather than waiting until your contract ended.
