Ordered the Montessori play pen in January. Set the whole thing up for my daughter to find 2 missing parts. Sent back to Little Helper on 6th Feb. They have confirmed receipt. It is now almost March and no refund. Beware of this company. If something is wrong with your order the support is appalling.

Edit. Refund still not received. The slow payment of refund is a company choice not a banking issue. Further, despite sending back the clips that were bought as well as the play pen, I have found out these are not being refunded to me. This company will do anything it can to not treat you fairly. My 7 month daughter now still must wait for me to receive a refund before I can afford a new play pen. And now I find out they are trying to avoid refunding me the full amount. Am reporting to consumer standards to avoid any one else having to go through this.

I really don't recommend them at all, because I bought an item, paid for it, and then a few days later they asked for more money because it was for shipping to Portugal, and I paid... to this day I haven't received the money or the item...
I regret the lack of professionalism and respect for the customer.
I've already sent several emails and still nothing!!!

I placed an order for a children's desk in the evening, the next morning I sent an email to say that I wanted to cancel the order because I found it elsewhere for half the price of what I had to pay at littlehelper, but they replied after a long time that the order had been shipped, which was not true, and that I had to pay an extra 19.99 pounds if I refused the order. Unprofessional

The worst company to order from – terrible customer service and completely unreliable

I placed an order in December for a birthday gift and was told they could order the pink version from the manufacturer, with delivery expected in February. I agreed to wait. February came and went, and I received no update at all. I had to chase them myself, which is already unacceptable.

When I contacted them, they blamed delays on adverse weather. After waiting even longer and chasing them again, they then told me the item had been lost in transit and could only offer grey or a refund. After making me wait months, they suddenly couldn’t provide what I paid for.

The customer service was absolutely terrible. There was no communication, no proactive updates, and no accountability. I had to do all the chasing myself just to get basic information, and now I am still waiting for my full refund. This has been extremely frustrating and stressful.

This company is unreliable, unprofessional, and clearly does not care about its customers. They wasted my time and failed to deliver what was promised. I would strongly advise others not to order from them.

We bought a bookcase for our daughters bedroom - it was exactly as described and arrived promptly

We spent a long time looking for furniture for our son and decided on this adjustable set. My son is currently about 93 cm tall, and we were able to set everything up perfectly for him: his feet rest firmly on the support, his elbows are at the right level, and his back is straight.
A huge plus is that the desk and chair will 'grow' with him — it's a great investment since the furniture will last for several years and we won't have to buy a new set. We are very pleased with the quality of the materials: the corners are rounded, everything is safe, and there was no unpleasant smell upon unpacking. Assembly took very little time, the instructions were clear, and all the hardware was included. Now my son enjoys sitting down to do his crafts on his own. I highly recommend this to all parents who value quality and durability

My order arrived incomplete.

I initially phoned Little Helper and spoke to a chap who was half asleep. Three weeks later, I'm now 10+ emails deep with a director and the issue still has not been resolved. Waste of time!

Ordered carousel chair , product exactly as in picture and description , great quality product , grandson loves it , customer care service great as well , would use again an would recommend

I've ordered toddler table with chairs for my 1,5 yo daughter. Delivery was very fast, table was easy to assemble. I really love the size as it's not easy to find something that my little one will be able to get on on her own. Chairs and table are very stable and comfortable and big plus for no sharp corners- it's very safe! Really recommend!!

I ordered an item on the 3rd of December. I had to return the item. This was no easy task. Frequent emails and a photograph of the item to show that it hadn't been taken out of the box. Eventually some kind person emailed me to say a royal mail collection was booked on the 19th of December. I have now had to chase up my refund by endless emails and two telephone calls. Still no refund. This is someone's money that they need.

This is the perfect addition to our kitchen. Very easy to assemble and I love that it's not too clunky and doesn't take up too much space. My daughter loves seeing what I'm doing and is a great way to spend time together. Order #LH57272

Very pleased with the both sided easel and paper and my 2 granddaughters are constantly playing with it which is lovely to see. Got the credit for the chalk (not supplied) but still not sure how the 10% for first time customer was allowed which I queried twice. But overall good product.

Great products and customer service from this company. Ordered a toy kitchen for my daughter a little too close to Christmas. Any phone calls, email queries, and concerns were answered swiftly and professionally. I was dealing with a lady called Kim. Product arrived in time and daughter was thrilled with it.

Good quality, sturdy, children’s table and chairs. Had a problem with a chair leg and they replaced it very quickly even though it was very close to Christmas.

Massive 'thank you' to Kim, who went above and beyond to track down my delayed parcel and ensure it arrived in time for Christmas. Really appreciate the care she took to keep me informed, particularly at such a busy time of year. Thank you.

AVOID THIS WEBSITE!!! IT IS A SCAM!!

I bought my son an art easel and an eco- consciously made paper roll from this website and I received goods from Amazon, cheaply made paper that was nowhere near eco-friendly. The easel arrived and was also a cheaply made item, not eco-friendly and it was available to buy for half the price I bought it for on Amazon.

I asked for a return and it took ages for them to accept the return and provide me with shipping labels. Eventually, I was told that they could not get to an agreement with their 'suppliers' They buy from cheap websites and double the price, then have it delivered to your doorstep.

I eventually got my refund today after about 6 weeks. I have been emailing every day for the first two /three weeks. I have reported them to Action Fraud and several other consumer protection agencies. Please do not fall for the falsely advertised crap on their website. The website is a false representation of what you are actually buying, the descriptions are lies!! Just so that you buy their overpriced products.

The items you buy are not as described on the website. They are cheaply made flimsy items, made with all kinds of chemicals and not eco-conscious at all! The little helper website is a total scam. Unbelievable that they are getting away with it. Please avoid at all costs! I did not have a birthday present for my boy's 2nd birthday and had to wait and fight forever for my return and then my refund.

If they have scammed you too, please report them to the police and Action Fraud. If more people report them they might not be able to get away with it anymore!

AVOID LITTLE HELPER!!!

I recently bought a Funpod and I accidentally put my old address for the delivery but not to worry as customer service was very quick to help me and made it easy to fix. The funpod itself is extremely good quality and durable, I love it ! Thanks again, fully recommend

Bought a beautiful tent for my daughter. I queried the time frame of delivery and received amazing customer service straight away. Tent arrived and is great quality and so nice with lights and everything. Will definitely be shopping here again. Fabulous products on the site.

Just to finish the story, if feels appropriate to confirm that I have received my refund. It has taken 42 days and a wearying amount of emails.
I will never deal with this business again.
By the way, a simple reverse search image of their products will show that most of them can be purchased elsewhere cheaper.
