Very happy with my purchase. Phoned to ask for some details before ordering and the lady was very friendly and answered all my questions. Good quality and just what I wanted.

Loving my new table and chair set for my LG - she absolutely loves it and its really well made. I had an issue with the courier but Becki sorted it out really quickly for me - she was very friendly and helpful.

I’ve amended my initial negative review. I experienced a frustrating time to begin with. There were substantial delays with my order and a lack of communication.
To be fair though the Owner eventually reached out and put things right. I appreciated that. The quality of the item is good too.

I ordered a hanging rail which stated a 2-5 business day delivery. After around 10 business days and still no item arriving I emailed LittleHelper to ask where my item was and to tell them I no longer wanted the item as it was too late for me. The reply left me shocked- they said there was nothing they could do as it had already left their facility but I could refuse delivery when/if it ever eventually arrived but they would charge me £19.99 for the pleasure! No offer from them of checking why the parcel had not arrived (it is their responsibility as they have the contract with the delivery company). I replied stating they were actually in breach of contract and breaking consumer protection laws to charge for return which they actually ignored for quite some time before spouting the same rubbish back to me again.
The item eventually arrived and is very poor quality and flimsy for the price with extra holes drilled in it and splintering of the cut ends so aesthetically it looks awful but I jave had to keep it as I am not paying £19.99 to return an damaged item that also breached contract. I would have taken the matter further legally but I am dealing with too much in my life already and I guess this is how companies like this get away with it. I would advise you avoid this company at all costs.

Placed an order 23 nov 2025 as of yet no movements no tracking etc. Radio silenece all day long despite the amazing becki claiming she would look at this today. Child age 10 wanted this for christmas. Now i have stress out trying to chase this company . While not knowing whether i should buy another one off a competent company in meantime as shopping days are fast ending as its christmas season. Im not going to let this lie. I urge people do not buy from this company. Leave complaints on social media instagram and facebook if they do same to you so that the public know. Dont let them get away with it.

Terrible customer service. Toy kitchen delivered damaged. Been waiting over 4 weeks for an update. Keep receiving the same email from Becki telling me she’s chasing it with their supplier. At this point the company is going to ruin Christmas for my children.

Customer service is appalling. I emailed to ask when my playpen would be delivered as it was beyond the guideline of 3-5 days. Two days later I received an email from a Becki saying “I will look into it” - why she didn’t look into it before replying to me is just baffling. Anyway, after giving Becki a couple of days to look into what was a very simple enquiry I emailed asking for news. No reply. Have emailed again. No reply.

The irony is I have now received the mat sections that are to go inside the playpen but without the main item they are pointless.

Anyway, I will wait a few more days before implementing a credit card charge back.

Such a shame as they have some lovely products and I would have bought more, but there is no point doing that if the company are unable to supply them and fail to communicate with their customers.

I can’t begin to explain the frustration I have dealing with this supplier/company. I ordered a chest of drawers with a baby changing table top in preparation for the arrival of my first child. On the 22nd of October I place my order, to this date I have received no actual information on the progress of my order, despite numerous emails requesting it. I have been given the run around with little keep sake responses, “we understand your frustration”, “we will contact the supplier”. As of now I have little to zero faith in this order ever arriving. I will probably have my child reared and going to college before it arrives. I will NEVER deal with this company again. Worst experience of customer service in my life.

UPDATE: Jan 8th 2025

Now to add to the disappointment of not receiving any meaningful updates related to my order I am now required to chase this company for my money back.

Out of complete frustration and disbelief on how poorly managed this company was I requested my order be cancelled on 26th November 2025. On December 8th I received an email confirming my cancellation and a refund would take up to 30 days to issue. We are now at day 31, still no refund and I now dread the rigmarole of back and forth emails I will need to send now in order to get my money back.
Even by UK consumer law, refunds should take no more than 14 days to be retuned to a customer once an agreement of a refund has been made.
I am literally one step away from reporting this company to the consumer protection agencies.

Appalling customer service.
I purchased a Sweetheart Children’s Desk on 5th November 2025. The tracking for my order stopped updating on 13th November, stating that it was with Yodel at the depot. I first contacted Little Helper about this issue on 15th November and was told it would be escalated with Yodel and that I would receive an update as soon as they had one. The last correspondence I received from Beci was on 20th November.
This desk is a special gift for my granddaughter and is needed by 30th November. I have tried contacting customer services and the management team all day today (24th November) for urgent help and support, but I have not been able to get through. Each time I called, I was told the team were unavailable—either their phones were ringing endlessly or I was informed no one could take my call.
I am genuinely disappointed and appalled. I have never experienced such frustrating customer service. This company has my money, yet I have no desk for my granddaughter’s special gift!
Order with caution- especially if it is a special gift!

I ordered a homework desk, they were delayed unfortunately but the team kept me updated all the way through. Very happy with my product. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered on the 13th October now. The 22nd October and still nothing could not even email to say why it will be late many thanks now my grandson won’t have his birthday present for tomorrow
Avoid avoid avoid

I bought a blue upholstered chair for my grandson. He loves it! The turn around from order to delivery was good and customer services were helpful, though only contactable by email. I recommend Little Helper.

Massively overpriced products for low grade products. Seems to be a theme with this company looking at previous reviews.
We ordered a play kitchen for my grandson’s birthday with delivery of 3-5 days priced a heavy £169. On day 5, when it hadn’t arrived we chased- to be told it was no longer available (despite being still on their website) and offering an equivalent. As we were then a day before his birthday I accepted - stupidly trusting this company. When my husband assembled the ‘alternative’ and we saw how flimsy and low-grade it was, I looked online to instantly find it at £69 on another site - £100 less! An outrageous overpricing by anyone’s standard. When I approached Little Helper they gave some nonsense about discounting. Only when I got a solicitor involved did they reluctantly refund £50 saying it was my fault for not shopping around! How can anyone do business with a company so blatantly overcharging? My advice- don’t use them.

Bought a wee table for my daughter. It arrived quickly and was exactly what I expected. In fact I think the quality was even better. Very worried about reviews calling them a scam which don’t look real, how awful! They absolutely are and I would shop with them again. Thanks.

Bought a little toddler table and chair set. Was super easy to put together, sturdy and arrived quickly too! Great finding a product that takes style, functionality and most importantly safety into account.

Such a fast despatch time and the parcel was well protected.
The instructions were clear and the table and chairs came together quickly.

Ils m’ont annuler ma dernière commande car j’ai ouvert un litige avec PayPal mais j’en ai ouvert un car je voulais un numéro de suivi (je n’en n’ai jamais reçu) j’avais commandé le 28 août 2025 et le 21 toujours rien bref je déconseille fortement !!!!

Bought a ball pit was lovely for our 1 year old, and exactly want we wanted. The wee one has barely been out of it! The item was as described and of good quality. There was a small hole in the cover, we contacted the customer service and they very helpful.
