I never received my order tried getting in contact with you guys to try and get it sorted but you said it was out of your control and that was at the start of this year

Ordered from them in December 2023. It’s November of 2024 with no items, tracking number or response to my inquiries 😒

I am still waiting for my order I placed in February. No updates, no tracking at all. Feels like I'm getting scammed

Never received my order and my email wasn’t answered when I inquired about it.

I placed an order Feb 6 and I still haven’t received it. When I check the tracking it still says “New Order” and has no info. Feels like I wasted $20. Disappointed.

Ordered on January 30th and haven’t gotten a single update, reached out twice to see if I’d get a response which I haven’t. Will not be ordering again.

I placed the order almost 2 weeks ago and never received my package not to mention I’ve never even gotten shipping info. I have left an email that was never responded to. I am starting to think this is a scam site because they wasted no time collecting payment. For the sake of your business and livelihood I hope this is a scam otherwise you will not be in business long with this type of service, so if your scamming people , my hats off to you great job but if this is how you conduct business you need to go back to the drawing board and get your ppl on top their job because they definitely cost you a repeat customer!

I placed my order on January 15th and still have not seen an email about it being shipped. I emailed support twice and haven’t gotten a response.

I have had no contact while trying to get ahold of you for a long time now... I do not want the product right now I missed my window... please do not send me the item please.

I placed my order on 1/21 without even a label created for shipping. It's now 1/31. I sent a message this morning for an update with no response. Hoping someone will reach out soon with an update and my items shipped.

Tried to contact vendor multiple times with questions about order status and never received a response, not even an acknowledgment.

It is stated that an order email will be sent when things have shipped. My last order just showed up out of nowhere and it still shows as unfulfilled on their website.

My latest order, again unfulfilled and no emails about shipping or anything.

The zero return policy also isn't great but in general I love their shop and their products, but they used to actually communicate and I'm wondering what's changed over the last few years.

I have messaged them twice now and still no response I'm pretty sure I got scammed.

Order placed Dec 20th…. Nothing, no shipment, I waited until the 28th to send an email to their support it’s now the 3rd of January and still no contact. I understand we are in the holidays but there’s is no mention on the website about no communications and long ship times. Will not order from again. They snatch up your money real quick but take their time when it comes to getting what you paid for at this point I’d rather take my business elsewhere.

As of January 17th still no contact.

Ordered a cup Nov 9 did not get it .will never shop at this store again. And no refund yet. Shop around before going to this one.if I could give them a zero I would

No choice to pay for expedited shipping, no updates on shipping/tracking ETA, little to no communication with the company regarding estimated arrival of products. Unless You're willing to wait FOREVER with a nebulous-at-best expectation of receiving the items you paid for, don't bother with this place.

I haven’t received either of my packages or emails saying they’ve been delivered, how can I review something I never got and I’m still waiting on???

Very slow delivery without tracking. Contacted them to see what was happening with my order. Have given over 48 hours for reply. No contact has been made.

It's been over two weeks, and my item hasn't even shipped yet. Not a great first impression.

Update: Items finally received on the date expected; printing is flawed & length too short (3-4"). Policy says no returns/ refunds; hoping they make good on them.
