Jumped through all their hoops for two weeks, provided photos of damaged item, provided proof of purchase. Just to be told that bc I threw away the broken item a couldn’t deface it they won’t send me a replacement. $60+ absolutely wasted. They don’t stand behind their products or their warranty. I had no idea I was supposed to keep a broken toy so I could deface it.

This website is a total scam. Payment taken for my order, a Chinese tracing no provided. After a month it says it has been delivered, which it hasn’t. My postie is my neighbour and there is no sign of the tracking no on their system. When you email them you get an automated email. After doing what they suggested in that email I tried to contact them again and once more the same automated email email.
Don’t go near them they are a total scam

Little Tikes Facebook Ads are a scam! DO NOT make any purchases via their links, regardless of the discounted prices shown, fake reviews and trustworthy website credentials. I contacted their customer service team when I didn’t receive my order, regardless of the tracking status stating it had been delivered.
You will only receive automated email responses. This is how you know you’ve been scammed. When my bank alerted me of a suspicious transaction, that was a red flag.

It appears that I'm not alone in my disappointment with Little Tikes, judging by other reviews. I've been buying Little Tikes products since the 1990s, but the quality in 2025 has hit rock bottom and are no longer worth the high price attached to them. I recently purchased the Dino Coupe Car as a first birthday present for my grandson, but had to return it to Smyths Toys Superstore because it was impossible to assemble due to poor manufacturing. At Smyths I received excellent customer service, and they informed me many customers had experienced problems with the Dino car. indeed when we tried two other cars from their warehouse, both had the same defect —the roof posts couldn't be attached.

I decided to replace the Dino car with the Red Coupe. Over the years, I’ve owned four coupe cars without any issues, with the most recent one lasting ten years. Unfortunately, the 2025 Red Coupe car is not on par with the quality of the past. I can no longer recommend Little Tikes as I used to; I still have a kitchen set from the 90s, but I doubt their current products will endure for as long. I reached out to Little Tikes with my findings but it was a fruitless exercise.

After 3 months use by our granddaughters of 1 and 3 years old one of the wheels broke of. The company told us it is no warrantee beacause of to much pressure from above. Exept the children no one used the Little Tikes cozy coup car. Very poor quality and no service, also no service from its selling point in Holland.

They rip off people with hidden subscription charges for over $70. Called to cancel on 3/29 but they will not refund the unscrupulous charge they posted on 3/10. This place is nothing but a ripoff, scam and in my opinion a fraud. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Very difficult to assemble - you need two quite strong people, an electric screwdriver and tools. Would not recommend to anyone or buy again. Instructions difficult to read .

Would give no stars if I could. Bought a cozy coupe car through Amazon. The wheels keep popping up and reported to little Tikes. They repeatedly asked for photographs and proof of purchase which I provided twice. Now they are saying the proof of purchase wasn’t attached. However after checking my emails the proof of purchase was attached both times. My granddaughter keeps wanting to play with her car but I cannot allow her because it’s too unsteady. So Little Tikes I’ve given you sufficient time to send replacement wheels so sending it back through Amazon. Your customer service is a joke!

Wouldn't even give 1 star if it was an option!!! Ordered an item which had 8 parts missing!! Trying to get in touch with little tikes is ridiculous, and when you do get to speak to someone, they pass the blame to retailer and are very rude when you give the answers they clearly don't want to hear!!! Nearly 4 weeks after trying to solve my problem and nothing, only 1 response to several emails over this time!! Disgusting

Not very happy at all, spent a lot of money on a little tykes of ice cream van for grandson, 3 months later wheel collapsed,
Went through warranty - no one cares, month later still no replacement parts.
Realy bad service

Good luck trying to return. They make you fill out a label and ship through USPS which ends up costing more than it’s worth.

Amazon is the way to go. The return process will cost you more than what you paid for the toys.

Worst kids toy I’ve ever had to assemble. 2 missing washers. More hassle than it’s worth.

This is definitely not The Little Tikes that I knew & loved in the 90's for my kids. I ordered a Cozy Coupe from Amazon on August 19th for my grandsons bday. It was delivered missing a hubcap. Called them, they sent out a new one. That took 10 days for shipping. It was the wrong hubcap. Now, we are waiting on another one, I asked them if they could possibly expedite shipping. Was told they probably could. They would send me a tracking #, 3 days later called back only to find it hadn't even shipped yet. Finally got a Ups ground tracking # & by the time we receive this (hopefully) it will be an entire month from the date I originally ordered. I will not make this same mistake again. When shopping for my grandchildren I will not order Little Tikes. Your customer service is absolutely horrible. Signed a very disgruntled grandmother

This company is a joke the 1 year warranty they do not really give you and say there is nothing they can do when you have a problem. use another company that looks after its customers

I wouldn’t recommend even if the toy was given to me! That toy y’all made with the ankle monitor on a brown skin child! Was very much racist!

Wouldn’t recommend buying of this company. We brought a water table from them and before the year warranty ended the water guns started leaking and after a month of emails they decided this wasn’t covered under warranty. Even though the product was made by them they wouldn’t replace it please avoid this company

Bought Little Tikes Fun Zone Battle Splash Water Table. The sprayers started leaking and spraying everywhere after several months, and Little Tikes refuses to cover under warranty eventhough its still within warranty. Would not buy this brand again- given how cheap these items are, they are selling replacements for £12 + £5 shipping, which is like 30% of the cost of the whole table.

I bought a little tikes truck for a 1st birthday. Thought it would be so cute since I had one growing up. I thought it would be the easiest thing to assemble. Oh how I was WRONG worst thing to put together. Directions were very clear, and throughly read. When assembling nothing was going where it should. This is a terrible purchase. Don’t recommend for anyone!!!! Stay away from little tikes.

If I could give this cape cottage playhouse a zero I would. This is the biggest box of junk I have ever received from little tikes. I will no longer purchase anything little tikes for my grandbaby. I will find another company/brand..I am so aggravated and upset that my grandbaby is having her 3d birthday and this is what she has to play with. It is flimsy and will probably blow away with the first good gust of wind. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORWILL I BUY AGAIN!

I had a horrible experience!!!! I bought an item and received the wrong item!!! Then had to buy my own shipping label which costed 100$ more then what the item I bought costed !! Had to keep something I didn’t even need now , I’ll never ever purchase from this website ever again. This company is a robbery ! They sell some many items and shipped the wrong item and can’t even provide a return label, such a scam!
