Purchasing Junk
I have 3 children, 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. I’m a retired mechanical engineer. I have assembled toys for over 50 years for all my children and I can honestly say the Dino Cozy Coupe is the biggest piece of junk I have ever seen. IMPOSSIBLE to assemble!!!! This is a disgrace to sell !!!Crevat Emptor, let the buyer beware. Now I know it received only 1 star, wish I could give 0 stars.

The little tike cozy trucks are impossible to put together. I bought 3 in 1 month and had to return them all. The molds are just not right. We watched the video as well. I wanted one for my grandson in a big way but now it's impossible. Wish they would put them together themselves. Love little tikes but so disappointed.

30 years ago this stuff was absolutely top notch. Only complaint was the sun faded it which it will almost anything. People are still selling 2nd hand stuff from 30 years ago. Fast forward, I couldn’t wait to start purchasing pieces of LT for my twin granddaughters. I would ask what happened but I can clearly see. It’s FLIMSY THIN WEAK JUNK. So DISAPPOINTED. This garbage won’t be around for 30 years for resale. Don’t waste your money you will be disappointed if you respect quality I PROMISE. I suggest Simplay brand. It reminds me of the old LT.

if you really wanna buy their stuff don't go to their website and just try other retailers (target,walmart etc) your package and box will come damaged and even if it acts up they will just make things harder for you wont do anything really. you will be disappointed if you expected how happy your kids will be. just try retailers.lesson learned.

Easy Store 5ft Slide
Easy Store 5ft Slide. Rubbish.
After spending the last 30 minutes of my life trying to build your poorly design, cheap Chinese built slide, I'm so annoyed that I have to write this (not that it'll achieve anything, but I want a rant)
1. The plastic spindle and the two end caps. The plastic spindle is too weak and the metal on the end caps is too strong. It's taken 30 minutes to try to attach the end caps, each time they go on at an angle and won't attach straight
2. Your instructions say lie the slide on its side to attach the caps. This is useless information, if you hammer from the top there is nothing underneath to stop the spindle from just going back into the slide
3. The bottom feet - more poor design, my child has stood on it (as they do) and now it's dented inwards
Overall, a very poor product, poorly designed with inadequate parts and useless instructions. There is nothing "easy" about it at all.
I used to like Little Tikes stuff but I won't be getting anything else from you, ever again.

Good products, bad customer service.
Happy with their products but their customer service is terrible. My son was gifted a cozy car for Christmas and when we went to put it together one part was missing and we received two right sided headlights vs one left and one right. Luckily my husband was able to find stuff around the house to make the toy usable. I reached out via their website contact forum which they ask you to use. I did this THREE TIMES and never received a response. I eventually messaged them on facebook, somebody finally responded and instructed me to call their help line. I have a speech impediment so phone calls can be an inconvenience. All I've been asking is for them to send us the missing pieces. Very disappointed, just seems like something that could of been handled very easily.
But my son does love the toy.

We bought a bounce house for the…
We bought a bounce house for the birthday of our child who is going to be 2 years old. we opened it and inflated it to see that everything was in order before the birthday. In the front left side it exploded and a hole was made when the boy jumped in. therefore, the house collapses and cannot be used. Call to verify if the guarantee covers this type of problem and I have made the claim. However, to complete it, I needed to send the evidence, a photo of the bounce house, one of the problem and another of the receipt. I send the email to the address they tell me. It is supposed that in 40 hours or less they answer me. 1 week passes and no response. I call and they tell me that the email did not arrive. I check the address and resend the email but still no response. I have called Little customer service 3 times and they keep telling me the same thing. How impotent and what a bad service because I did not pay little for the product. I do not recommend that we continue sponsoring these types of companies because when it comes to helping the client they do not. I feel cheated because it is as if they were denying me help that I paid for myself.

Little tikes is the most incompetent company to deal with. I have been trying to buy the 8in 1 playground for my grand daughter and every website that says they have it, does not. I called them and they only say that Walmart has it. Walmart is out of stock and they can’t even tell me when it will be in. Little tikes should be ashamed of themselves, for not having their products available elsewhere !!!
Poor Quality All the Way Around
Honestly, HIGHLY recommend not purchasing any little tikes toys. The quality of their products has decreased dramatically and their prices of course have increased. I bought my son a Dino bounce house and it popped within 3 weeks. I reached out to their customer service department and their response was that the product was out of stock and to return it to the retailer — which is funny because you can find the product at multiple retailers. Just another large scale money grabbing company that doesn’t care about their customers or the product they sell.
Cancelled Order
Ordered the little tikes Fire Truck for my little boys 1st birthday, there was stock online when i placed the order, they took full payment off and waited until now 7 days later to inform me they have cancelled my order and refunded the money which i will have to wait on because they cannot fulfill the order!! Disgrace! No offer of any goodwill gesture towards another product or an apology!

Ordered two large toys from little tikes recently. I was shocked to receive both toys in old damaged boxes. Reported this to customer services told could be picked up after 48hrs and then new order would be delivered but too late for my grandsons birthday. Refused offer and suggested a refund of some kind considering they looked as if I had bought items second hand and they were for a gift. They said I could have 10% off my next purchase . Obviously I won’t be ordering from their company again .
Won’t supply spare part to make table secure for use
Tried to purchase spare part for my child’s outdoor table that collapses. The company sells these parts in USA but Australia won’t sell to me as I haven’t got the receipt anymore.
Seems ridiculous they would rather I use my table faulty in the case it seriously injures a child.
I was happy to pay for the part needed.
Classic castle
I received a classic castle and the door kept coming off. They sent me a replacement that wouldn’t lock together at all. Not only are they not giving me a refund but I get to pay my garbage company to come haul them away because little tikes won’t. Never will I buy from them again! Costumer service could’ve cared less I talked to them multiple times.

It truly beggars belief….I have yet to experience such appalling Customer Services. When one thinks it can’t get any worse…be prepared, because it does!
It’s evident from the dismal experiences I have encountered and received from Little Tikes to date, compounded by this email, that the level of incompetence is greater and more profound than any other company I have ever engaged with.
The failings have resulted in a failure to deliver my order in a timely manner as per website, then to deliver product 5 days after I had cancelled, Customer Services refused me any contact with a Manager, Little Tikes have failed to refund my monies and then have the gall to send me an email asking me to review the product that was never purchased from Little Tikes!
Could it get any worse…..yes, it could. When I clicked the link to write my review, the link failed and continually opened up details of the product itself to purchase.
How I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering. I have today emailed Little Tikes giving notice that if my money is not refunded I will pursue through Small Claims Court.
From my personal experience Little Tikes do not even rate as ONE STAR

Had an issue with a product. Emailed customer services who promised a reply on 5 occasions. I've given up. I won't bother buying LT products in the future.
