First of all, customer service was reliable and quick responding to questions. I was kept up-to-date on all new developments in my trip. The crew was attentive to every request. The chef presented delicious and attractively plated meals, with local ingredients. Our tour manager was fun and knowledgeable. She was interested in every person on board. And last of all, sailing Croatia was a beautiful experience. I am planning a return trip in the future.

It’s easy and convenient to book a liveaboard with Liveaboard.com, even for a first timer. Their team is very supportive and responsive. I felt at ease to ask questions and request for supports. The liveaboard I booked is Ameli Adventure which made me fall in love with diving on liveaboard.

I booked a diving holiday with Liveaboard in 2020 and I had to postpone it because of Covid. I rescheduled it to 2025 and they constantly supported me in the reorganization of the trip answering questions and facilitating the logistics. I will use them again!

Booking process was easy with rapid responses on queries.
We were kept abreast on the final payments and ongoing boarding information, including recommended hotels for pre-boarding.

Booking was easy. The company was very helpful and generous in rebooking a trip that a year earlier was cancelled during trip because of tropical depression.
The crew made ever effort on both trips to get to the best dive sites, once over site crew made each dive special whether wreck, wall, tunnels, corals, or night dive. (I got in all 25 dives, weather was beautiful and ocean was calm).

Food was good and plenty, snacks between dives, 3 beautiful meals.

Crew made guest feel comfortable and at home immediately.

Any dive concerns, crew made each guest a priority.

This was our 2nd time on Aggressor IV in the Cayman Islands. The crew is amazing and the dives good. Customer service is a 5+!

My latest trip was an amazing & truly incredible trip to the Banda Sea Ring of Fire in search of sighting Hammerheads & Sea snakes. The coral Reefs on some of these Islands were pristine and unbelievably beautiful !

I live in Switzerland and bought a cruise for Variety Cruise for Greece (a euro country). They put the price in Swiss Franc on the site and then LiveAboard says they only accept dollar ... I wanted to pay at least in Euro but said it was not possible, only dollars. Talked with someone from LiveAboard who said that the 'operator' only accept dollars. The fact is that other customers who bought ticket for a Variety cruise through other aggregator such as LiveAboard bought ticket for the same cruise in Euro. I ended paying $212 in fees and exchange rate just because of this payment in dollars.

Great service from start to finish. We booked with Liveaboard.com for the third time now. They have always been professional, helpful with any specific questions and genuinely tried to make the experience as smooth as possible. We also really appreciate the transparency the website provides to make a good like-for-like comparisons between the different operators.

Organising such an in depth trip requires a lot of work.. and they manage the whole process perfectly.
They communicate on my behalf and are completely transparent leaving no stone unturned.

I found that Liveaboard.com has a well designed website that makes choosing your destination and ship choices super easy. I was fearful that some requests would be lost in translation but all communications are completely clear. They seem to think of everything from travel itineraries to what to pack and even suggested tipping amounts. There were never any surprises or slip ups. They made planning the trip super easy for me since I had multiple family members traveling with us with allergies and food preferences that were carefully followed for our entire stay. I would not hesitate to recommend Liveaboard to anyone who wants to explore the region in comfort.

Running on Waves far exceeded my expectations and we had the trip of a lifetime. The boat is absolutely beautiful and comfortable. My daughter and I were passengers of the “Running on Waves” ship in September 2025 sailing beautiful Greek islands.

Every staff member is professional, committed, extremely friendly - meeting the expectations of all guests. Especially Lina - hotel manager. She worked all day every day to make sure everyone was having a wonderful experience. Also, a more than fantastic and accommodating all crew team, for sure would remember Aleksey - pirate looking gay and second officer in command after captain - Oleg.

Meals - delicious and varied food, nicely served, buffet style. Professional waiter service. Cook did an excellent job. No complaints about food, except dinner at 8 pm – on my opinion, is very late, but otherwise food service is exceptional.

Service is faultless, fast, efficient, and intuitive.

Beach towels and water provided when going ashore. When you are coming back – wet towel for refreshening. Staff always ask if you need anything while they are passing by.

The ship is in excellent condition, maintained in almost pedantic condition, and very clean. Captain Sergey - professional and friendly, as well as all other officers who provided a lot of interesting information during the cruise.

I can recommend with a clear conscience for people who expect an intimate and pleasant atmosphere, high quality service and food, welcoming another beautiful Greek island every morning. The cruise ran in a very pleasant atmosphere and a feeling of complete safety.

We had opportunities on this boat that you would never have on the big ships. Visiting these smaller islands, climbing the mast, and even jumping off the ship into the sea, watching sunrise and sunset. I could go on and on about Running on Waves. If you can book a sail on this incredible ship, please do it. You will not regret it.

Many good memories of our vacation, especially the people we met on board (staff and guests).

Unfortunately, there was one disappointment too. The first night before dinner the captain explained there were more wind changes in the forecast and presented two options to us via a map. He said we need to decide as a group what route to take. The red was where the extreme wind and the green was smooth sailing. We all voted for the green root except four passengers did not (mind you those 2 couples were on the sailboat the prior week). The captain said he would speak to the owner and get back to us. He came back and said we can still go for the second original route and see what happens, but it will be bumpy and update us the next night. There was no update the next night, however there were 5 people vomiting and they felt very sick. I have never been so sick in my life that I was so violently ill. My whole body was sore and spasming from everything coming out. I could not keep down any motion sickness pills or water. It was horrific to say the least. In my opinion either captain shouldn’t have said anything at all to passengers, or he should have taken the safer route (as he recommended for everyone to be comfortable), because it was not fair to say majority wanted a green route, but we went in opposite way after all. Thanks God - storms pass, otherwise I would not survive.

Wir haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht (3 Tage vor der Abreise) und auch nach Absage eines Bootes umbuchen, trotzdem hat alles sehr gut funktioniert. Tolles Team mit guter Betreuung.
