From initial communication to show previews of the photo collage I created on the case, to the ordering, all was great.
The case itself looks quality, with nice wheels, handles, and internal pockets.
My only issue is with the tracking. They expect you to download the Shopify app that tries to bombard you with items and makes it almost impossible to get to the tracking details.

I bought two suit cases a botle

Lovely phone cases. The only place I go to get my phone cases from and have done for years. Wish they were still doing the tough impact case with card wallet and mirror though. Brought one a couple of months ago and absolutely love it. Just upgraded my phone but I am definitely buying another tough impact case!

Nice suit cases something that stands out from standard cases

I purchased an item. I was told it would take 5 working days. They asked me to track the delivery. And then review their services. I emailed them and told them I had not received my item so could not review it. I then get snotty messages from someone from WhatsApp. Telling me they will not cancel my item because its been sent out. If there was a way to show the messages on here. I would

Brill site bought a few iphone cases and highly rate them and the quality of them

I brought my daughter a carry on personalised suitcase from Live x maintain, the quality and service I received was outstanding. The suitcase is absolutely beautiful and she gets so many compliments when travelling around. I would recommend this company and the suitcase, which also comes with a dust cover to protect it when your not using it and a guarantee.

This company was able to customise my purchase to the way I wanted it. They helped me on WhatsApp to determine what the best design would be. The suitcase came within 2 days which I was so greatful for as I explained to customer services that I needed it ASAP. The design came out wonderfully and the suitcase seems durable. Good quality. Thank you.

Disgusting customer service I was a great regular customer untill now and will not use them EVER AGAIN!! parcel got left on the door step by dpd so contacted them and the way the spoke Was disgusting saying it not there problem I had safe place put down well my front step for Everyone and anyone to see is not a safe place wouodnt refund or replace disgusting £150 down and I will be taking further !!

Great communication. I needed to change the name on my case and they happily accepted the change. Really pleased with it when it arrived. Can’t wait to surprise my daughter with it.

I placed an order on 26th September for an Iphone 15 Pro Case. I ordered using express delivery as I was ordering this to come prior to my new phone. It didn’t state clearly anywhere on the website that delays were to be expected, I only saw the “ Items created and shipped within 24/48hours”. I contacted someone using the whatsapp option on the 28th querying tracking for my order, I have ordered from here before and it was dispatched next day so was hoping for the same. I was told that I should have expected delays due to the phone only just being released, I understand this but the phone had been announced for a few weeks so I assumed there would be planning in place to accommodate a spike in order numbers, whether this was naive of me or not. The person who replied (there was no personalisation so I couldn’t tell you who) was very stand off ish, not understanding at all. They told me it is displayed clearly on the website that orders may experience delays when a new phone is released. Upon checking it is not displayed clearly, it is in the customer care then delivery section of their website, which someone will only see if they are searching for this information. It also states delays may be experienced “depending on the time of year”, which based on the wording of this I would have assumed Christmas, bank holidays etc. This is much further down the page than you would expect to find it and in smaller writing. They ultimately refunded my express delivery fee and told me the item would be dispatched either the next day(Friday 29th) or the following Monday (2nd October). I still have had no contact regarding this order so contacted your whatsapp method again earlier today and was told “production are still working through Iphone 15 orders…it should be shipped by the end of the week”. I asked how long I should expect to wait if this is not the case, I waited some time and messaged again asking for my order to be cancelled and a refund be sent, as I have found a very similar phone case through a different company who have assured me there are no delays in production. But I have had no response to this, it’s absolutely shocking.
