Received my two medium cases today one black marble and the other jade marble and that are so nice lots of room in them and very well made,

I did email them to see when they would arrive and they were very quick to get back to me it took less than a week for them to arrive can't wait to pack them for our 2nd trip to Iceland

Please don't waste your time or money on these cases. My other half bought us both a case for our recently holiday and cannot deny they look great. However after using once the zips bust, I could understand if I had over packed however we was only away for a few days and took minimal clothing with us, the case was at best half full, however the zip came apart, one of the zippers fell off completely and had a nightmare flying back with a case that could not be closed. After emailing to try and get the issue resolved they just basically said its our fault and take it to a 'dry cleaners' as they might be able to fix it. We was intending to buy the matching larger cases for our next family trip but will now look elsewhere. Such a shame the aftersales couldn't put this right as the cases themselves look very good just a shady company who will take your money and then forget about you.

Lots of options in designing your suitcase. Looks even better in person. The whole process was easy and delivery was quick!

Good choice of items, little expensive for what you get but the case I ordered is very nice and will make a nice present.

Technology has beaten me!!!

I ordered apprehensively 5 phone cases.
I then amended the design and received a further proof.
No trouble, no drama.

3 days later the phone cases have arrived and they are robust, good quality, fit the phones marvellously and a credit to the company.

Well done to all those who have helped Jagger Green Properties Ltd, we will be ordering some more rest assured in the near future.

This was a perfect idea but it ripped on the first trip. I'm not sure if it's supposed to last longer than 1 trip but it's and expense if not.
I'm assuming because there is no hole for the side handle that when they picked it up to put on the carousel at the airport they picked it up with the edge of the cover so tore it all down the side so the suitcase wasn't protected anymore.

Very unhappy as one item did not arrive so we cancelled the order but the item turned up 2 weeks late and past the date needed as explained and they were very unhelpful sadly.

The above 1 star is for the covers and not the suitcase itself.
I bought 5 large cases and 5 large covers, the covers don’t fit the cases properly. We went to Qatar and when our cases arrived none of the covers were on them, they had all come off.
They really need to sort out the size of the cases immediately.

Easy to upload photo and order. Fast delivery with tracking. A little expensive but it is a sturdy suitcase with lock and unique. I'm very happy with purchase

Placed my order on 4th December and had it accepted on the same day with a delivery date of 15th December. All nice as pie customer service at this point.
No order arrived on 15th December and no contact from the company. Contacted them and they told me there was a delay and production had said it would ship on Monday 18th. No word from them on 18th so I contacted them and asked had my order shipped and explained it was the main Christmas present for my daughter and I was concerned it might not arrive in time and the reply I received was:

Hi when it is shipped you will be updated. asking for updates wont get =it shipped earlier as i have already advised you will be notified once shipped via etsy

Amazingly, as soon as I quoted UK/EU Consumer law and asked for my order to be cancelled and a full refund issued as they were in breach of their contract, I got a reply saying my order was out for dispatch. I again re-iterated that I wanted to cancel my order as they were in breach of THEIR contract and surprisingly.....NO REPLY and the order is on it's way...or so tracking says now.

Before you order from this company, and I wouldn't again, read other reviews. I'm not the only person this has happened to and I wont be the last by the look of their after sales customer service replies! Don't let yourself be the next, look elsewhere, I definitely will next time.

From time of order to receiving was a week longer than told having said the suitcases received are of excellent quality i will by again and recommend

When placing my order the company were on hand to answer any of my queries.

I have just been notified that I have received my delivery after ordering it on the 20th it’s now two weeks later the day after I ordered I tried to cancel but they said it was in production . This was a gift I was supposed to take on holiday to give as a present but now I’m on the last day of my holiday and it has arrived although I was told the 24, then the 27th customer service was very rude don’t waste your money go else where
