FRAUD

FRAUD - charged for a membership I never authorized

I purchased a hair trimmer on July 29th, and it still isn’t here and today is August 11th! PLUS….I received a notification from my bank of a $29.99 charge from the company that I did not authorize at any time! Why would there be a membership or subscription for a hair trimmer?! I will be filing a fraud dispute against the company unless it is fully refunded! I ordered the Split End Trimmer and the shipping protection, making my order total $18.94. Then with the $29.99 I did NOT authorize, that brings my total to $48.93 I want refunded!! My order was placed through my email: ejm_rjm@yahoo. Phone contact: 7018055750
This is quite disgusting! You sell something you can’t even fulfill and then try to scam them out of more money without even getting the first product!

The membership charge was for our VIP program, Lndmark Rewards, which grants members wholesale pricing on all products and access to over 1 million+ exclusive discounts to eat, play, shop, and travel. However, since you did not intend to join, I have ensured it’s been removed and refunded.

You should see both refunds back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.

Horrible they have charged me over and…

Horrible they have charged me over and over 29.99. My bank had to block them. Very disappointing and the product is no good.

Poor business practices

Poor business practices. I purchased a hair straightener that took a very, very long time to arrive. Not only that, it’s piece of junk AND I found I was later charged $29.99 per month in July and August. I did NOT agree to this charge. I will be filing grievances immediately unless I am refunded all my money.

Regarding the hair straightener, I’ve also processed a full refund for that purchase, and you may keep the item; no need to return it.

FRAUD!!

I ordered the hair trimmer weeks ago and still have not received the product, I even tryed tracking it and it says order can not be found.. Now I have a charge for 29.99 that I definitely did not authorize, I have wrote numerous emails and a response that I signed up for a free trial membership for 12 days and then get charged 29.99 a month. I did not sign up for a membership. This company is a fraud. I want a refund for this “membership” and the product for 14.99. I will dispute it with my bank. I received the cheese grater I ordered…

I received the cheese grater I ordered which did not work as it should have as the cheese kept clumping up in the grater. That was very disappointing... And then I was billed $29.99 four more times for a membership I never wanted. SCAMMERS. I will try to find my order number and pursue a refund of just under $180.00. A horrible rip-off to say the least !!!

FRAUD - charged for a membership I never authorized

I purchased a hair trimmer on July 25th, according to shipping information it should have been shipped within 1 to 2 business days. It has been 8 days now and the item still has not been shipped.

This afternoon I received notification from my bank of a $29.99 charge from the company that I did not authorize at any time. I will be filing a fraud dispute against the company unless it is fully refunded and please cancel my order as it hasn't been shipped yet. My experience with this company has…

My experience with this company has been horriable. This is fraud and scam. I placed an order and Never recived it. Then today I was charged 29.99 for something I DID NOT authorize. My order never came. My order number is 46836. I will be filing a report for this issue. Do not buy here they are a scam

I had an unauthorized charge for 29.99…

I had an unauthorized charge for 29.99 after paying already and still haven’t received my order. Please issue a full refund and after reading reviews I guess it’s a recurring charge that everyone doesn’t authorize, cancel whatever subscription I never authorized to or I will contact my bank. Fraudulent Reoccurring Charges

I ordered an item on 7/19/25 from this business with the Order #46423. On 7/31/25, I received an additional charge that I did not approve of for $29.99. I have already reached out to my banking institution regarding this fraudulent charge. Additionally, I do not approve of any further charges to my account.

Please rectify this matter as soon as possible. I have emailed customer service with no response.

Don’t do business with them.

I made a purchase for a the rotary cheese grater vegetable slicer for $19.98 (Order #45971) on July 15th and have not received any shipping information even though the site said order processing is 1-2 days. I also was just recently charged $29.99 for their membership that I did not sign up for. This site is definitely a scam and I have try messaging them through their site and have had no response.

I ordered from them over a month ago

I ordered from them, 1 item, over a month ago. I still have yet to recieve and shipping confirmation and I too had an attempted charge for a membership i did not sign up for. Good thing i cancelled my card and got a new one or it would have been a reoccuring issue. I get the same copy paste responses and am no closer to recieving any useful information about my item being shipped at all. SCAM. Glad i only ordered 1 cheap item, so i am not out too much. Would give 0 star rating if I could.

I don’t remember ordering anything from you but must have in November 2024. I definitely did not consent to any of the 29.99 charges that have been applied to my account since December 2024 and shame on me for not seeing them sooner. I would like all those charges reimbursed

I never got a tracking number for my…

I never got a tracking number for my item i ordered like 2 weeks ago. mind you I paid extra for priority processing and was supposed to have insured expedited shipping. It also just tried to charge me 29.99 today for a subscription I didn’t sign up for which judging by all the other review is clearly a reoccurring problem. They need to fix this. Thankfully I keep my card locked to prevent things like this from taking money I didn’t sign up to pay.
