Received and it is very cheap plastic. I also was charged an addition $29.99 the next month. Working with credit card to get removed.

Worst business i ever dealt with!!!!!

This company is a scam. I have yet to receive my order and I was charged an extra $29.99 that I never authorized. I will call my bank to get this company blocked from making any more payments. This is ridiculous. I sent an email and was told the charge was for a membership that I never signed up for. This company thinks they can do whatever they want with your money. My next email will be to report this company for fraud. I don’t appreciate my money being taken without my authorization.

DON’T BUY FROM LNDMARK CLUB

Do not under any circumstances buy from this company it’s a scam!!! I ordered a thermal ion hairbrush and still have not received it. Every email I sent to them and calls I make I only get a response back is “it’s in transit” “it’s in transit” “it’s in transit” and then I get charged $29 on top of it for what I haven’t even gotten the product nor are they willing to refund me!! don’t waste your time or money on this company. It’s not worth it!!!

I am getting charged every month a fee of $29.99 of which I have NO IDEA what I’m being charged for. I have notified my bank and realized it has been more charges than I even knew.

Terrible company

I never received my items and I keep getting charged $29.99 for a monthly subscription that I never signed up for. Please refund my money for my items that I never received and please cancel this monthly subscription. I am requesting a refund for the 2 months I have been charged $29.99 August 24, 2025 & July 25.

The cheese grater i ordered was


They have charged me $29.99, a charge iI did not authorize. I will notify my bank on fraud for this charge as well. The cheese grater i ordered was definitely not what I received. This is a piece of crap, not even close to what was advertised.
I would not even have rated this company a 1 star if I didn't have to to get to next page to write this review. Never order from them they are a huge rip off.

If I could choose zero stars, I would. This company failed to send me the shredder tool then has been charging me $29.99 a month for the last six months. A total scam. Do you buy anything from these scumbags!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. They show one product, then send a much inferior plastic knock off. Customer service is a joke. It also took almost two months for the product to arrive.

BUYER BEWARE!!!

If there was a negative number I would’ve chose that! This club is a SCAM!!! Buyers beware!!! I ordered a cheese grader that took more than 3 months to receive. I had actually gave up and forgotten about it and then one day it showed up! Also what showed up were charges on my bank card for $29.99. After the first one I tried to contact lndmark club to find out what the chargers were for. I was never able to get an answer via phone so I took to email and was only answered through email by a virtual response. Never an actual person. I tried canceling the membership that I never signed up for, for months to no avail. Finally had to call my bank and they locked up my card. I have to order a new card now, but at least lndmark club won’t get another dime from me!!! Hopefully other people can see this review before purchasing anything from this company!!! And one other thing, the cheese grader I received looked nothing like the one pictured when I ordered and broke the first time I used it, so there’s that too!!! Hopefully this company goes out of business soon so nobody else gets scammed!!!

I ordered 2 cheese graters in early


I ordered 2 cheese graters in early June and finally received them almost 3 months later. Since the initial payments for the graters I have received four additional charges for $29.99. I did not sign up for any sort of membership and need to have this matter taken care of. My next step will be to notify my credit card company of these unauthorized charges. Orders # 40251 and 40253.

I ordered a hair trimmer for $19.95 they said it would take 3-5 more business days, hoping I get the product after reading these reviews, I was also charged a $29.99 membership fee i never authorized I've been emailing them to cancel the membership and sent a screenshot of it and they still have not refunded me and keep emailing me about the membership I do not want. Seems like a scam will never order from them again.

What went wrong?

What went wrong?? EVERYTHING!!!!
1. Never received my product (been over 30 days) order #44227.
2. Charged for so called product, then charged again monthly for 29.99, I NEVER agreed a pond.
3. Email communication is lacking, and you can never get any answers.
The link for this product (cheese grater) was on TikTok. I have already sent in a complaint to TikTok about this company and the fraud/scam they are doing. If this company wants to do better, they need to send out actual good products (saw some reviews) and in a timely manner not over 30 days + as well as not charging unauthorized charges.

I am being charged recurring charges


I am being charged recurring charges after I ordered a single item. I did not receive a confirmation email for my order. The original amount of the item was taken out ($27.99) and two additional recurring amounts of $29.99. It was not mentioned upon ordering the single item that it was a membership.
I want a refund of the total amount withdrawn from my account.

I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this issue.

I never received my product and they kept charging me every month of $29.99. Then they changed their phone number so you cannot contact them. They are a fraud and should be avoided at all costs!
