Absolutely great staff with a selection of great stuff , welcoming and never failed to get my stuff ordering online or coming to store is great fast and reliable wish there was more shops like these 🫶🏼

I have been buying from Loaded Dice for several months now and they are excellent. Their loyalty scheme is really good and they are always running promotions and incentives for loyal customers. Their despatch time is brilliant and literally every in stock order has been delivered the next working day. Unfortunately as a small retailer they are some times let down by Games Workshop with the amount of product they are allocated but the only way to avoid the occasional disappointment is to buy direct from Games Workshop at full RRP. They have a real enthusiasm for what they do I would recommend them.

Always friendly and supportive, stock a wide range of products on their website at competitive prices. Great to have a local gaming store in Barry that supports it's locals.

Loaded dice is one of those stores that come around and really show you how it should be done.
I’ve been shopping at loaded dice for just shy of two years now and they are my number one go to for all my hobby needs.
Great selection and almost always in stock and even if it’s not they’ll order it in for you. Legends!
The staff in store are always helpful and have a great knowledge of pretty much everything they sell and are always down to listen to my mad ideas and always answer my crazy questions.
They really know how to turn a hobby into a community!
Every signal person involved in loaded dice should be super proud to be part of something that means a lot to a lot of people, it more than just a store it’s a gathering of misfits that didn’t have a place to go, that now have a place in loaded dice.

Started shopping here for all my hobby needs about six months ago with a mix of online and in-shop purchases. Staff have been knowledgable and friendly at every visit and just a pleasure to talk to. There's usually a good selection of stock on hand, but to give you an example of their customer service:- the one time I wasn't able to find what I was after in store, the cashier actually swung by the warehouse on their way home that evening and had it ready for me to collect in store the following morning.

Online orders have always been dispatched promptly and well packaged. I've had a few warhammer pre orders from here as well and never had any issue with all items arriving on release day. They also have a really generous loyalty programme which rewards repeat orders with pretty unbeatable discounts at the top end.

Outside of the shop experience just a quick shout out as well to Loaded Dice for sponsoring local youth sports teams in Barry and being a visible presence at community events. They're a great example of what a local gaming shop should be, and they've got a loyal customer in me for years to come as a result.

Great assistance by Gethyn, helped me choose the right paint brushes for what I need. Thank you very much, I will be back.

Fantastic customer service. Always super helpful when in store. Ben and Gethyn are excellent. Always super friendly, provide the best advice for model painting. Consistently have the stock I need and all the new sets. Super fair for Card collectors too by limiting stock per person. Preventing all the scammers from taking everything. Commendable from the business.

The best local shop in South Wales and one of the best online you'll find. Great for the items that may be sold out elsewhere too. Staff are always helpful so if you're in Barry, pop in store too!

SO frustrating, i pre-ordered a product and 12 minutes later i get an email saying its been cancelled. The email didn't tell me why and im left all sad after being super happy about finally getting product! Been working early shifts so I rely on online orders which ive had a total of about 5 literally ever out of every online site. The website was nice to navigate which is why its not 1 star. Hopefully i can succeed fully in an order soon and bump the review up 😭😭

Edit: responding to the reply that is A WILD reply btw🤣😂 I saw the start and thought "wow they responded so quick with an explanation, thats so nice, ill bump the rating up" THEN READ THE PART ACCUSING ME OF BLACKMAIL LOOOLL what the heck?!

Im assuming its from me saying ill bump up the rating if I get a successful order. I dont see how thats blackmail as blackmail would be "you better get me a successful order specifically me and me only otherwise ill bump this down to one". What I meant by my comment was i dont want to be seen as someone who drops negative reviews without giving an opportunity for change. All my other reviews to companies are 5 stars. If i had a successful order in future (STILL JUDT OFF MY OWN BACK, NOT ASKING FOR SPECIAL TREATMENT THE HECK)then id definitely come change it as it will show this was just a one off, thats what I meant.

Maybe next time, dont jump to conclusions. Stay curious. Believe in the best of people, not the worst.

Absolute scum of the earth .

Took several preorders and made me wait for months just to cancel them due to a “ lack of allocation” AKA we just used our customers for a free loan .

Do not purchase pre orders off these scumbags. They knew allocations for One Piece were already low yet they offered pre orders knowing full well they were going to cancel it.

Just using people as a bank loan, disgusting behaviour.

10/10 shop who support the community. Staff are really friendly too.

The staff here are always so lovely, my son loves the Pokemon stuff so we go down quite a lot. The prices are fair and the products are great. You can order online or in store for delivery or pick up. A great shop with staff that makes the experience special.

An amazing store, friendly staff, good for the local community engages with all and is quick it respond every time. By far one of the best reason to head into town and see what they have. brilliant for hobbyist of all types keeping all well supplied for all there needs and wants.

Communication is excellent, prices are always retail and they have a great selection of multiple Tcg games a table top games an accessories in store.
