Loaded Dice has been a fantastic addition to the local community in Barry. Actively working with, supporting and sponsoring local groups. I've always had a great experience shopping both online and in person. The staff are lovely and sociable and will always give you a hand if needed.

I regularly use the pre order system for Pokémon cards and find it a really easy and intuitive experience and they offer very competitive pricing compared to their competitors.

Have had nothing but the best service from the guys down at Loaded Dice! They’ve been really helpful on all forms of communication and keep you updated wherever possible. Have visited at least 10 times buying all sorts, including pre-ordering Pokemon and have never had an issue.

The staff are always welcoming & helpful and go the extra mile. I had enquired about a D&D players manual that they didn’t stock and they subsequently got one in store plus some other D&D books incase any other hobbyists were interested.

My experience with loaded dice always ends with a smile. I am part of the local collectors program with the store so it means I have a higher chance of actually being able to collect pokemon or any other TCG set I enjoy that may also be really hyped. The staff in store are fantastic and have helped me with many queries I had. I will continue shopping with loaded dice for as long as my Finances let me

Great local business, always a pleasure when I pop in and speak to the staff. Very helpful & always polite & professional when enquiring about new product releases and have a good range of TCG & Warhammer stock. I always pop in when a new pokemon set has released to grab a few packs!

Highly recommend. Very well run small business, carries a great range in the online store. Order was well packaged and quickly dispatched. Customer service was fantastic. Will be ordering from them again soon.

Hands down the best hobby shop in South Wales. The team will always bend over backwards for their customers — nothing is ever too much trouble. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, genuinely passionate, and they really care about the people who walk through their door. A fantastic team and an outstanding shop. Can’t praise them highly enough.

Made a £229.99 preorder in February just for it to be cancelled today in April due to “poor allocations”, so I’ve been out of pocket for no reason for nearly two months- they should switch either to a deposit based preorder system or only charge when they actually have stock

Found this site on line and couldn’t believe it was just down the road. What a hidden gem. A real decent gaming and hobbyist shop. Staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. I’m down there most weekends if the wife allows it. Can’t recommend it enough.

Another store that will happily take your money for pre orders months in advance then cancel you come release week.

UPDATE: Emailed me to “persuade” me to change my review, alluding to other orders I have placed that are now also delayed (which I wouldn’t have known about should I have not have left this review). I guess since I didn’t change my review promptly enough they’ve seen fit to cancel said delayed orders.

Probably the most unprofessional store I’ve had the misfortune to have dealt with.

Pre-ordered the metal gear solid limited figure, customer service was amazing! They kept me updated and assured me that it was definitely on the way, Graham provided me with an accurate ETA even a screenshot of the delivery schedule to further assure me that it was on the way. I’m so happy with the quality of the product as well, so well packaged and kept in good condition. Ordering from here was a great experience and I will be back again soon ^_^ thank you all! Xx

The whole team have been fantastic since my first online order over 3 years ago and I decided to make an in person visit before Christmas to take advantage of the deal they had on. Loaded dice are a close team that are specialists in the field, I can’t speak highly enough of Graham and his staff and i’m looking forward to ordering more in the future.
