Joel was great help!
Quick and effective in unblocking my pipe

They responded very quickly, came to do a survey which said lots needed doing. However 2nd people round said the areas Local Services Drainage quoted for did not all need doing. They send a quote but the pdf cut off some of it. I asked 3 times for it to be resent and they did not. I also asked for for the video footage which they did nto provide. The man in accounts was then rude on an email saying I did not listen and they did not provide the video. People that came seemed very good but not sure I trust what they said now. I also found out that you have to check if your pipes are part of the local water company as if they are, they pay for the repairs. LSD did not tell me this. It was the second company who asked me to check and now Wessex Water are going to fix it. I would not use them again

Had a blocked toilet. I phoned the office and they sent an engineer out to me very quickly. The engineer was very professional and did a great job fixing my problem, very friendly and helpful both on the phone and when they came to my house. Would highly recommend using them for any drainage issues you have.

Had two lovely lads come out this evening , found the issues with in half hour and have booked in the work for next week . Fantastic service with a great price . Would highly recommend local services

Predatory company that provide quotes far in excess of industry standards.
My mother in law wanted a drain issue fixing and was pressure into signing a contract for over £4500 with a deposit of £1200 to be paid immediately.
This quickly turned into a recommendation for more work... £10,000 extra.
Work was cancelled and a refund promised, they have since renaged on this so we will be taking it as far as required.

Subsequent quote from a reputable company was just £1200 total.

Reported to trading standards.

Joel came out to help us. It was his last job of the day but he was full of energy, explained everything clearly and carefully and was a quick as he was thorough. Did a great job and was very reasonably priced.

Joel was very efficient & worked quickly to solve the problem. The drains were very blocked but he was able to unblock them with no issues. I would recommend Joel, he did a great job!

Avoid this company at all costs, they provide false outlandish quotes, pressure the buyer, then perform intimidating tactics to get payment. I had to call police to have them removed from my property. The invoiced for 10m of dry lining, firstly not required. 6m of the lining to the house was not 6M, it was 6 inches and they tried to make it look like 6M leaving 2 inches protruding through the drain, cowboys. I had to get another company to come in and inspect and provide a report. The repair, other 3m of dry line was not done correctly leaving a D shaped pipe where routes had not been removed correctly. Stay well away.

Just like to thank Jack and his partner,sorry who's name I didn't catch.Attended property and cleared blockage.Also done a camera survey which revealed tree roots and displacement of pipe in drain network.They were very sociable and knowledgeable and told me every step of the process.Thankyou lads.

Absolutely diabolical company.
They came out to my mums and did the job alright, paid the £686 for work done.
But the two men told my mother she needed more work done.
Hence total charge of £4200 taken that day!!!
They took advantage of an old lady that didn't understand what they were saying.
Have been waiting nearly 4 months for a refund that they agreed to give on the 26th February.
Still nothing! Have called and no answer, emailed and no answer.
Do not use this company. They take advantage of an elderly lady

The company came and completed a job for me at my property today. They were very polite and professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend using them if you have any issues with your drains and will definitely use them in the future if I ever have a need myself again. Thank you local services drainage.

Agreed attendance on the afternoon of one day, work finally done on the afternoon of the next day, my wife lost a whole days salary because of the non-communication.
Once the engineer Joel finally arrived our blockage was removed and he was polite and tidy, thanks Joel you saved the day.

technician had an appointment in the morning before 12 and he came 6.15 in the evening, wasted my all day any way to my experience he is not a technician feel to me sales man . he had a look at the job and said it will cost you £2300+vat= £2760.00 . it was not a big job, he could do it with pressure , but he said i have to dig that open and put new chamber , he scared me, so i was agree the job. two man came next day ,did not do it the technician explain me, they did only take the old chamber out and put new one, which is not necessary, after that with pressure water blocked drain was clean, The first technician came, i think he is a sales man, they advertise as local man but they are not, they advertise fails. I want reamended any body to do job from them..

Well, what a palavar. Very similar experience to a previous reviewer. My Mum (in her 90s) called out this company and was quoted £200 max £250. Then after much hanging around in the van, working out a plan!!!! they said the bio was almost £700. Gert was extremely polite and respectful but I could see holes in his "story". He said he.would direct to a different company that he works for at the weekends as it would be cheaper so the overall cost would be nearly £4000. I said to my Mum, it's the same company. She said no she didn't think it was. However this was verified by another specialist that knew them. I knew I was right. Then the following day my Mum wanted to cancel her contract. I called the "other" company and said she wanted to cancel. I was shouted at saying you can't do that, we've had to buy supplies etc. I calmly stated that the contract said there was a 14 day period as to cancel and this was day one. He then shouted what's the reason. As he was being abrasive and rude I again,calmly said in the contract it says no reason is needed to be given. That's when he stepped it up and shouted if you can't be bothered to f'ing tell me then I'm not talking to you and cut me off. So after many phone calls to get her deposit back both Very and the other one were avoiding as much as possible. Things like in a couple of hours/days etc. I told them we'd take them to court as it's getting ridiculous. Still avoidance then my Mum told them she was going to instruct the family lawyer. Still nothing till they had the phone call and they were told the deposit needs to come back so do the bank transfer. Then a day on from that call she got the money back. They greatly over estimated what was needed doing. So from almost 5K with their ccompany to £100 from the specialist that came as second opinion!!
Please provide me with email so I can have a paper trail of conversation. Thanks

Jack and Chris arrived after telephoning to tell me the time they would arrive, great communication. They arrived with a smile and a wonderful attitude. Both gentlemen completed this unpleasant job with good humour and a professional attitude , they kept me informed of the problem and the remedy. A great credit to the company and I will call again for their excellent work . Thanks lads

I was happy with services Joel provided today at flat 4 46 Bath Road.
He unblocked our drain but referred us to thames water for further investigation.
I recommend his services very helpful and efficient.

I reached out as my drain was blocked and worried that someone will try and rip me off to sort the issue.

I have to say, I am so glad I contacted them as they were kind, understanding, professional and the price was correct as others I know payed way more for the same work.
They even explained what I may need going forward and were not pushy and said to contact when the time is right for me.
