half a tank of fuel
I received documents to sign before getting into the car, stating that the car had a full tank. After leaving the parking lot, I noticed that the fuel tank was a little over half full. I contacted customer service, but it took 15 days for a response. I returned the car with the same fuel level, but I was still charged for the full tank and the refill. I was also informed that the tank was full, but the fuel gauge was faulty. Unfortunately, this doesn't reflect my experience, as on the second day of use, I filled the tank and the gauge showed a full tank, and I have photo documentation. I conclude that either I was deliberately given a car that wasn't fully functional, or they were trying to defraud me. I'm waiting for a response from customer service.

Desideriamo chiarire che il nostro staff esegue le verifiche sui veicoli al momento della riconsegna applicando le stesse identiche procedure per tutti i clienti, a prescindere dalle coperture assicurative stipulate. I controlli sui danni sono fondamentali sia per mantenere i report sempre aggiornati a tutela dei guidatori successivi, sia per garantire la massima sicurezza del veicolo prima di ogni nuovo noleggio.
Ci dispiace che tu ti sia sentito accusato: la verifica del veicolo è un passaggio standard indispensabile e mai mirato alla singola persona. Ci auguriamo di poterti offrire un'esperienza migliore in futuro.

Easy to find in the airport. The procedure of return, even without employee is fast and clear. Clean and good cars. Polite staff at the reception in the airport.
The insurance packages is little bit expensive.

I’ve booked Audi A3 or similar. But i’ve got Skoda Karoq - not the same class auto. Otherwise, the service was easy to use and the staff was friendly.
